I uses Samsung A51 and the interface is more matured than what I'm seeing. Secondly, you're using Nigeria 3G which is showing H+ and you expect the browser to be fast. There's no difference between Edge and 3G in Nigeria. So get 4G, test and give us feedback

The interface isn't Samsung, the fonts are not rich enough. I customise my phones, and fonts still look nice even when you change them

This is definitely an original Samsung S10 look at the space beside the battery icon in the status bar (I.e for the punch hole camera). Even mere looking at the status bar and navigation bar will suggest it's a Samsung.
The problem could be from his network provider or a software bug.
