That’s the thing with souls games. You can go anywhere you want and fight anyone you want even as the game is just beginning. The difficulty in some areas just encourage you to go somewhere else and try to level up then try again. I can start and beat sekiro in just 2 hours to relax and pass time just because I’m good at it.
Elden ring is the easiest souls game in my opinion.

I’ve not fought any single boss more than 5 times whereas it took me 1 whole week to beat the final boss of sekiro. The mid game boss seff took me 4 days…. Lies of P is even harder than elden ring and I just platinumed it. I’m trying to platinum Elden Ring too.
