Canton concourse are recruiting for entry level positions for IBEDC and its strictly for Degree holders ( HND were rejected). I guess IBEDC need workers in all their units or departments. Also, does anyone know how much IBEDC pay their entry level gradautes?

Oye Dynamix are recruiting for IBEDC entry level positions, not Canton Concourse. Google Canton Concourse. They rent out office space which Oye Dynamix used for the recruitment process.

Rheetar: Whatever has a beginning definitely has an end! Even sterling's recruitment process dat has been on since February wud end one day . I pray God helps us all through it!

I have done my medical test since January this year for the aptitude test of July 2013 and what they do is call you to tell you the ailment you have in case you have medical issues. I haven't heard from them and my contact there said the medicals was succesful.

So, with Sterling Bank recruitment, you either prepare for a very long frustrating wait or like myself, move on!

Its just a very short story of an incident that happened at my present work place in response to her question of a very difficult decision I have had to make. She made me realised the workshop was for people that they felt needed some 'fine tuning'. Between, the name of the company is Oye Dynamix and not IDisco like some are erroneously making out here. They are recruiting for Ibadan Electricity Distribution Company whose officials would be conducting the next interview at Ibadan and who will then screen credentials.

I don't know anyone. But there was a question the woman that interviewed me asked me and when I answered she told me to cite the same example when I go for the next interview.

Teezzzy, please when was your second interview? I had a second interview with sterling bank about two months ago and haven't yet heard from them since then. As to your question, training school should follow suit after medicals.

It was more of a discussion or chat rather than an interview. A panel of three interviewers who asked random questions which range from what interests you to the European team that you supported. I was the last person to arrive and noticed that everyone for this interview were all guys. Maybe the ladies should brace up to take their turn next.

I just received a call from Sterling bank now, inviting me to come for another interview by 4pm today. Did anyone else received such??

Resourcing Unit is the department saddled with the task of conducting tests for both graduate trainee and experience hire. A staff of the bank must have helped you to upload your CV on their portal for you to have got the invite. The questions are SHL type and its Computer-based.

We were told Access Bank and that it is for full time permanent(not contract). The interview and CBT held at U-Connect office on June 6th.

Just A Set Of Photocopies Of Credentials Is Required While The CVs Must Be Five(only four copies were required when I did mine, which was shared among the four members of the panel that interviewed me).

I received an invite for a customer service training/induction from U-Connect this evening. Any graduate trainee level 2 applicant got it too??

All questions were from CV except general questions like 'can you tell us about yourself', 'are you married', 'how many siblings do you have?'...but they really took me on because I served with a bank; there were many questions on banking functions and terms.

I Wrote The Test On July 2nd At WorkForce Office And Got The Interview Invite Today.

Workforce merely conducted the test on behalf of Sterling bank. The invite was sent from STERLING HRwhile the success mail was via recruitment.planning@sterling bank. Workforce will not contact anyone as Sterling bank has took over the recruitment process.

I got a mail from Sterling bank today, congratulating me that I was successful in the test and that I will now move to the next stage in the recruitment process. Anyone else got similar mail??

Anyone with Mr. Okon or any of the other HR guys should please kindly give it to me. I couldn't take the test today because of a little discrepancy on one of my credentials which I just rectified now.I was given a serial no to quote when I call.

Workforce is recruiting outsourced(read contract)staff for StanbicIBTC. I attended their interview about two months ago and today, they sent an invite for Physical Documentation. The interview was conducted by a lady who asked questions from the CV presented to her. Not sure I will go for the physical documentation; too much document to download and print.

Just confirmed from someone working with Stanbic IBTC now. The Nasiru Ahmed is a staff at Kano branch but does not work in the HR department.

If Stanbic IBTC doesnt send a mail to you within days of writing their test, it only mean you are successful in the assessment test.

I got someone to help me upload my CV on their portal.

There were just two of us the day I wrote, late August.

I applied for Graduate Trainee. I got another mail yesterday evening informing me the interview has been postponed and a new date to be communicated.
