I am a working mum who works as an HR and Admin personnel at a private firm in Ikeja but i live in Ikorodu. Working in Ikeja has been very hectic and demanding that i hardly have time for my child. i get home everyday all worn out and tired which is beginning to affect my health. My child is old enough to have a brother or a sister but the fear of who will look after them is always there. I have had bad experiences with house maids and i don't want to venture into it again. Saving up for business has been difficult too because of the small salary and so much expenses .Please if there is anyone who can help me out with a job within Ikorodu i will really appreciate because my mental and physical stress will reduce drastically.

All the working mums out there please help me out

MacJC: Some advertise in d dailies but I tell u it's far in between. Those who do follow this approach are very, very, very....... very few! Due 2 d fact dt d vacancy needs be filled urgently , they ain't got no time for advertising in dailies, so they normally solve d isssh thru any of d following:

(i) CV bank:


the first port of call 4 d school when a vacancy occur is to explore their CV bank. Most often than not, they find candidates who fits d bill amongst d lot. So what happens is, they send out letters/mails/text Messages 2 ds guyz inviting dem 4 interviews and once they are satisfied with d output of one of d candidates,...... www.lobatan.cum!

Eyahhhhh......, while u are still expecting the school 2 place an advert, efrytinz haff feenis!


bottomline: submit ur CVs to schools within and without ur hood be4 hand irrespective of a vacancy or not!

***Google up schools in ur localty/state of residence or otherwise, and bombard dem with ur CV via mail!***

Trust me, they won't thrash it, they'll file it!
Once dey have ur CV, be rest assured they'll buzz u when a vacancy arises

When a space occurs in a school, teachers in that school know and if they have acquaintances who need the job, they give them d 411 asap!

NETWORK! Make friends with fellow teachers online & offline. Let them know what u do, and if possible, u can give dem a copy (soft/hard) of ur CV. Trust me they'll be ur aiz and earz. Whenever stuffs comes up, pronto, them go ping u.......

True tork, but that's a last resort measure. When dem c say after all d interviews wey dem bin conduct, nobody measure up 2 dia expectation, then dey do dat.
Moreover, by d time d advert becomes public, d candidates go yakpa and this reduces ur chances of.......

If yes, then call their bluff, but if no, take it!!!

See it as a learning curve 2 ur greatness.
Moreover, u should be "legally" creative. Let's say ur pay is 18k-minimum wage and d school is within ur hood (that's a no brainer- transport on top 18k, how much go remain nah?), u can augment ur pay with private lessons during ur school free periods and after school. You'll be amazed dt u may get much more than ur salary from ds means...........

5. How's it related to your course of study(law)?
6. What are the duties of an administrator?
7. What other language do you speak(besides Igbo)?
8. What are your temperaments?
9. What other role or position do you think you fit in if the need arises?
10. Do you always dress like this?(I was on corporate)
11. Meaning you have lot of corporate wears? LoL
12. If we eventually want to employ you, when will be convenient for you to resume?
13. Do you live alone or with family?
14. Any health challenges?
15. Were there times you needed to be absent from from previous place of work?
16. How do you react to reproval?
17. When asked by superiors to do a task at the same time, how will do u manage that?
18. How much am I expecting? (I asked them of their payscale for the position).
19. No, we want to know how much you think you are worth. (I told them a little above what I use to earn and I think they were quite okay with it cos no argument)
20. Are the phone numbers on your CV valid(just in case we need to reach you)?

Being married does not guarantee sex demand. Remember you spouse is a human being who has feelings that mist be considered. Frankly, there would be times your mate simply isn't in the mood for intimacy. Marriage does not give you the right to insist on having your needs fulfilled. The fact is self control is important in both singleness and marriage.
Suggestion:
Make a careful review of your sexual desires and tendencies, and think about how these might affect your marriage. For instance, are you enslaved to self-focused habit of masturbation? have you had a habit of viewing pornography? do you have a roving eye looking lustfully at members of the opposite sex?
Ask yourself, if I have trouble controlling my sexual desires before marriage, how will I be able to do so afterwards.
Another matter: Have you be prone to flirt and okay the field, earning a reputation as a play boy/runs girl among those of the opposite sex? if so, how do you plan to curtail that tendency after marriage, when your affection will need to be directed to one person?
