Please I have so much question to ask here.
I own a factory unlocked iPhone 4 and I'm currently in Naija,so the issue I encounter is that I browse with MTN line but I av not been able to use the Hotspot Internet service where u can share Internet wirelessly with others. So when I insert he MTN sim it doesn't display the icon for the Hotspot in the setting. Please help me out!!!!

Another question is that is there any other cool network provider better than MTN but cheaper? I was told bout Etisalst but I would lik to confirm before getting the micro sim if their coverage and Internet speed is as fast and as MTN's network

The last but not the least: how do I get paid apps on my iPhone 4 freely? it a factory unlocked.

For hotspot, if your firmware is 4.3.3 or later, Go to Settings - General - Network - Cellular Data Network under Internet Tethering input MTN's APN which is web.gprs.mtnnigeria.net Thats all. When you go back to settings you will see Personal Hotspot there.

Glo is also very good. Etisalat, as far as I'm concern ain't very good on iPhone because at the moment they don't have a strong 3G network.

And to your last question. you will need to jailbreak your iPhone if you haven't done that before. You will also need to install appsync and installous from cydia before you can get paid apps freely.

So my own turn to ask question now What is the firmware version on your iPhone 4?

No need for username and password, the apn alone is fine.

I use LG 22" lcd at the moment. I'm thinking of selling it or given it out. I got it brand new for 50k from PrimeGold, a nairaland that sells electronics. Now I need an upgrade that why I want to get 32" now. I don't know if I could swap it with a 32" with anyone and add some cash or I don't mind getting a used one.

If you've not activated your line for internet before, as in if you have never browse with it before you will need to activate it. To activate, text activate to 127. You may also need to subscribe for a package at least for the first time before your line can be activated for browsing. But me I no sabi how others dey know how much bandwidth them get o. I no no how they dey use 124 know am all I can say is me I'm browsing FOC with zero balance at the moment and na once I don subscribe for Internet before n dat was say 2 months ago.

Lol!! You couldn't be more wrong. iPhone could never touch any android powered device in terms of tech, advancement and versatility. Honestly you have no idea. Oh and before you call me out, i have an iPhone 4, iPhone 3g and an HTC Desire HD (I can prove that with a picture) so i am not oblivious of what i am saying. iPhone only beats an android device in the sheer amount of Apps at it's disposal. On my Desire HD, i can be playing a game on my Playstation emulator app and at the same time, playing another traditional android OS game like Dead Space just by multitasking. Try that with an iPhone and watch the phone explode. I agree though that iPhone shits all over Blackberry and the wack symbian OS that Nokia refuses to give up.
