The issue now is just with the phone being LOCKED or UNLOCKED!!!

Sincerely, factory unlocked iPhone 4 is the best and I don't think is wise to spend more than 100k on a locked iPhone 4. But if you don't care you can just buy the locked phone and get Gevey sim to unlock it. Just google Gevey sim to see how it works. Also you can get Clean Uk used factory unlocked iPhone 4 in Lagos for 95k.
