Installous is not for crack apps only. Most times I use it to install free apps to avoid iTunes' wahala.

To get AppSync as moonraker suggested. You need to have add cydia.hackulo.us to your cydia sources.

watz version of firmware is on ur iphone? Do you have appsync already installed? To delete an app, select and hold the app for 3 secs then tab x to delete.
