Ok, This is it, you said the phones are locked to Sprint USA. There's no official unlock for Sprint at the moment. That means, you can only unlock the phones with unlocking chip. Unlocking chip allow your iPhone to access network like officially unlocked iPhones but it has issue with Etisalat, Other networks work fine.
