Download iPhone Folders, install, after installation, you will notice an icon tagged 'iPhone Folders' in your 'My Computer' Open iPhone folders and navigate to suntemi\var\mobile\Media\DCIM\100APPLE. where 'suntemi' is the name of your iPhone. There, you can just perform normal 'copy and paste' to transfer your images to your PC.
