Me I have insider Assurance. When ever online tracker says its at VFS, my assurance will check it out for me. So no round trip of back and forth to check for the passport. Funny enough the sms alert fee was used to buy MTN card immediately I left the office.

@ Others: please pay for sms alerts so that you can be sure of when the passport is ready for pick up. The money Sunvick did not pay for alerts he might spend on fuel on multiple pick -up attempts after tracking online. Even when online tracking says the passport has been dispatched to VFS, it may not be ready for pick up for days. Apparently, VFS straps the passports on the back of a giant snail that brings it from Accra. Or how else do you explain a 5-day wait after dispatch?

When Courier was doing this fof people, it was more efficient and people with families had economies of scale. Smh...why fix something that ain't broken?

P.S: Don't be an olodo like Mr Happytbaby and Mrs Newmum0615; just pay for sms for only one of the applicants, all passports for a family will have the same time line.
