I'm really hoping for fresh ATL info like this o... All my research has still boiled down to the famous 3 NorthSide, Emory & Piedmont repeatedly mentioned here on NL
Any help from veteran ATL mums & dads...? (Shawbabe wink etc)
...as I'm close to tying one down by paying, lest Congress passes Trump's signature health care bill and there is a panic price jump...God forbid o.

@Xclusivemaama....
are u at Phoenix now? my DW will be coming in next week.

apparently very few people at NL visit Phoenix so you have less info.

my DW used Maryville Hospital two years ago at 4500USD (CS) recommended by her obgyn... who is affiliated to AOB (Arizona Obgyn).

She is thinking of checking other places at lower rate when she lands. The AOB charges 3500USD, then paed and other stuffs.

you can also google Phoenix baby hospitals; which i did then to locate the doc and hospitals. There is also Banner Estraller Group...

Best of luck...

You likely won't find a budget sheet sample on the US travel docs site. Use the search button above, indicate images, and under travel section... You'd find one here on NL

Otokini01:
Please guys where can i get a sample of a budget sheet on the us website?

In my humble opinion, it's a bit of a dicey and personalized issue. Dicey and personalized in that circumcision, being procedural removal of the male foreskin, has different methods (being a procedure)...which determines the end appearance. This appearance, however may not be exactly what you may have pictured because 'end-appearance-preferences' are somewhat culturally influenced. So my advice is ensure the "outcome" looks like what you have in mind by getting info from those who've had their sons circumcised by the intending physician... Or simply do it here in Naija where the norm you likely have in mind is prevalent. Redo circumcisions aren't cute.

ruggedguru:
Please any advice on circumcision in the US? Or better wait till you get back to naija?

What I'm aware of is that it's most advisable the FTF is not more than 3 days before flight, but acceptable if issued within 7 days of flight... I stand corrected

ogonnan:
Yekpa! 48 hours ke... e don be for me na! i checked their site and did see the need for the FTF but not the 48hours bit, hence the question on if it was 7 days or whatever.

Hmm... what to do now? my hospital wont give me one after 34 weeks, which was this week and i am travelling next week

It's simply the trail of emails between you and your intending Doctor and intending hospital...so once you've decided on one/both of the above (which you can get via google or searching here on NL), you send them a mail, receive a response... You've got you correspondences

ogemele:
Pls how can one go about the hosp and Dr's correspondence.

@ogannan
As regards Visa on Arrival, see below.
Regarding new FAAN policy on travel gestational ages, I doubt it... Once port health certifies and all is proper as per airline policy viz fit-to-fly or medif (as the case may be), I think all is good to go. I stand corrected

Follow the steps below:

Visa on Arrival is way cheaper and hassle free than it is made to look(the only cheaper option on the long run is if you are in atlanta and go for the baby nigerian passport). Just send a mail to oa@nigeriaimmigration.gov.ng requesting for one using the format shared previously on the forum and you would be responded to early enough. in my case,I got a response the same day and please do it yourself and dont pay any processing money. You only need to pay the actual application fee to immigration which can be made on arrival($180 using card and $190 using cash though. Surprisingly,my wife mentioned they did not even look at any letter at Lagos Airport to give our baby the visa. Note that houston immigration requested to sight the actual email so you may want to keep your phone and email handy to avoid complications
