That's the title of the thread and it says something about Mohammed's dieting advice, I had thought it is a better place to understand another issue of his prescribed diet advice i.e drinking of camel urine

Did Mohammed also ask people to drink camel urine also as part of dieting?
Al-Bukhaari (2855) and Muslim (1671).
