These are retired soldiers with families, nothing bad about it. They have to defend their country against NATO intruders. If you know you know. I had a very similar case not so long ago.
My boss asked me to give a lady money, on a said day (in the lady's presence), that day no reach sef before the girl start to disturb my life.

Long story short, I gave her the money from the account 2 days after the said day and as soon as he saw the debit alert, baba start to rain insults on me and told me to get that money back!

From what I see where I live, town service comes with too much headache from Abgeros, ticket sellers, fellow drivers, wear and tear on vehicle e.t.c.

I don't think those who do town service make that much money from it as compared to Uber to justify the stress
