RELATIONSHIP!

I can't prevent you from falling away from friendship,
from your values, from me.
I can only pray for you, talk to you and wait for you.

Your decisions in life are not mine to make, nor to judge;
I can only, encourage you,.

I can't tell you who you are.
I can only love you and be your friend.

Romance / Have You Spent Years Looking For Mr. Right, Or Ms. Right? by Supervic1(m): 6:20pm On Jul 16, 2008
cool shocked Have you ever met a guy who seemed to be "Mr. Right", but after getting to know him better you could tell that he just didn't feel that same level of "connection" you felt?

I believe that if you learn how to understand "male psychology" and you learn how to handle a few key specific situations, that you can CATCH the man of your dreams, and then KEEP him for the long-term .yeh, hahaaa, shocked
Romance / What Steps Do We Take To Find A True Partner? by Supervic1(m): 5:44pm On Jul 16, 2008
cool
We start with our self. Until we can be a true partner to our own feelings, we do not know how to be a partner to someone else.

If we are not willing to face our own vulnerability and our past wounds, how can we face them in another?

True partnership is not all champagne and roses. It’s not stories about soft fuzzy bunnies and breakfast in bed every morning. True partnership is about being there for another person during their high times and even their low times. It is about being real with your self and with the other person.

We all have emotional patterns, some leftover baggage and none of us wake up out of bed with perfect hair and makeup. We are human beings living human experiences. Finding someone who will be a true partner to you in that reality means facing that same reality in yourself first. In other words, be a true partner to your self in order to be a true partner to another. Then you will be open to allow that partnership to find you.

Romance / Is Love A Disease by Supervic1(m): 7:26pm On Jul 11, 2008
Is love a disease? what is the definition of love? hit the nail and kiss! cool
cool

speak on this!

Love is disease of the heart and this disease is the most amazing of diseases.there are no words to express wat it feels like to be in love all words are short to explain u simply have to fall in love to know the real truth.

Some definitions of a disease may fit the bill, but is a virus alive? Just using a clinical definition may not suffice. Love comes from the "heart" (not the physical heart in your chest but one in your mind). It can do terrible things to you and wonderful things too. I don't think any disease can do both thing love do!
hey, grin grin grin grin grin grin grin grin grin
Romance / Re: Why Is Most Nigeria Lie On Their Age by Supervic1(m): 7:04pm On Jul 11, 2008
If for instance you are still single when others around you are married or getting married, you may have to lie about your age so people won't think you are underachieving. hey,

age is a very sensitive issue and many people have had to lie about their age at one time or the other, some have to do it for the rest of their lives!

There are set standards for every age, there is the 'ideal' age to go to school, get a job, get married, start having kids e.t.c. For instance, if you don't start school at a certain age, you might be forced to lie about your age later because you'll find out you are a little behind. If you don't get a job when you should, you might be forced to lie about your age to get a job or even to avoid questions and snooping.

However,if you are proud of your achievement, I believe you'll have no reason to lie about your age. People lie about age to belong so as not to feel left out. Some add a few years or months while majority take a few months or even years off. Some people will go to any length to hide their true age, what with plastic surgeries and all that stuff in town now! If you think you are where your age should be, you will most likely not lie about your age. thought she was too big for college and she couldn't read.

Age is really nothing but numbers and whatever number of years you claim to have spent on the face of the earth does not count, what counts is what difference your years on earth made to the world! If you are still lying about your age, then something is missing! Whatever you do, keep in mind the fact that no matter what age you claim to be,your biological clock is ticking.
Make hay while the sun shines!
