I suggest u discuss with them on issues bothering ur appointment and upward review of salary. Prospects in hospital doesn't mean cashier turning to surgeon but rather than increment of salary and other career benefits and development.

Very possible to be a lecturer if u can have a PhD as a qualification. 2.1 or 1st class at 1st degree only gives u the opportunity to be a graduate assistance in a university while u are in pursue of other degree

Just continue with this course of study and be very careful not tohave xtra year. Degree Class don't really matter, who knows who matter in securing jobs offer and also it's not how far but how well... U can add this to ur resume in earnest future to show u ain't idle or un productive... From my bitter xperience an interviewer spot out some academic recess period in my CV, which I can't defend and amount to non productive

They can waive ur Nysc certificate if u have ir first degree from futa.... Just go ahead to obtain the form, noone can tell
