@jenny,i know that is not easy for answering multiples of questions here,i will also encourage others to assist you to lesson the boding.I am asking you if a graduate can be granted visa to study Tafe?
Travel / Re: General Australian Visa Enquiries by surecan: 6:29pm On Feb 09, 2013
[quote author=jennykadry]Your dependent can only come with you if the course is more than 12 months. Any course under 12 months they can't come here with you. Your student visa will come with a work visa of 40 hours per fortnight automatically. As per diploma in marketing, why not apply first before thinking of being rejected.

i mean visa not admission,do you think that i can secure visa if am going for diploma course when i already have Bsc.

zioni:
What u graduated with shuldnt b a problem because I also graduated with a 3rd class in chemistry education and I am going for my masters in environmental management. Thou I av 2yrs working experience with UNICEF as an environmental officer. Don't let ur grade stop u from appling for masters. Apply to as many schools as possible one will accept u. I applied to only one school and I was given unconditional offer of admission within 3weeks. So step up ur faith and believe God will favour u.
Shalom

please which University that give your unconditional offer
Travel / Re: General Australian Visa Enquiries by surecan: 4:57pm On Feb 08, 2013
jennykadry: TAFE is not a university course. A lecture might take place in uni it does not make it a uni course. It is a pathway to a uni course for those that want to go further. Curtin uni in Perth offer TAFE course in their campus at Bentley. It does not change your TAFE certificate to a degree.

Google "tafe courses in australia for international student" many TAFE courses and participating schools will pop up.

If you want to study In Western Australia use this link. http://www.eti.wa.edu.au/

Jenny you are the best
Travel / Re: General Australian Visa Enquiries by surecan: 4:09pm On Feb 08, 2013
jennykadry: There is a visa called graduate visa, you are eligible for that visa if you have studied for a minimum of 2 years. There are some points you have to meet to to get your PR visa, studying in a regional town increases your point. From the graduate visa, you can apply for PR. or if you finish your TAFE course and get a company willing to sponsor you, you don't need to apply for graduate visa, the company sponsors you for permanent residence direct

TAFE is a recognised way of study here that has to do with certifictes, diploma, advanced diploma etc . it is a step below uni. it is highly recognised here. Yes a graduate with 2:2 can apply for it

Thanks for such wonderful information,i noticed that some university also offers this TAFE course, could you link me to where i found this course so that i can make choice, most university offers it in Science related but i have Bsc In Edu.Account.
Travel / Re: General Australian Visa Enquiries by surecan: 1:49pm On Feb 08, 2013
@Jenny,can you please explain this TAFE stuff to us and how it works.you mentioned that one can use it to apply for permanent residence permit after completion. Can a graduate of 2:2 do the course since the tuition is not that expensive.Thank you
Travel / Re: Travelling To Canada Part 3 by surecan: 2:58pm On Feb 07, 2013
TRV_IJN: Yes you can print on a plane paper however, you need to be introduced by your organisation. You have to request ur HR writes a letter addressed to CDHC and quoting ur position and annual remuneration.
If you don't include a letter introducing you, you will not only 'not be meeting the requirements' but you also wouldn't be making yourself credible, so take your time and do what is right.

Thanks for your assistance, all this information and more is already on my contract letter
Travel / Re: Travelling To Canada Part 3 by surecan: 2:04pm On Feb 07, 2013
my contract letter says every thing about me and is in company letter head, should i still ask them to provide me again with reference leeter
Travel / Re: Travelling To Canada Part 3 by surecan: 12:52pm On Feb 07, 2013
TRV_IJN: That one works in a company doesn't give him/her authorisation to write a personal letter in the capacity of the Organisation(using the org letter head). He can quote his office addy on the letter and attach a his call card to it. Having said that, if his organisation is introducing him (this is actually a requirement by CDHC), they will need to do so on the letter headed paper and it would have to be signed by authorised persons within the organisation.

Please i am the one sponsoring some body and where i work i have no access to letter head, can i just write a letter on a plane sheet with my office address

embassy have no hand over the student permit,it has to be approved in your province where your school is located, embassy can only give them recommendation and they will only tell you it can take may be 3 to 4 weeks and that they will contact you simple

Politics / Re: Should Nigeria Break Up? by surecan: 10:20am On Jan 29, 2013
even if Nigeria divides into micro groups,is non of my business,i want a situation that every individual will be happy where ever he find himself.Nigeria is never accepted to be at the beginning it was just forced to be one country by the British. There has been regional and tribal problems since then so there is no way Nigeria will divide and all of them will have bad reputation as it is now.Even if Nigeria divide into South and North,i dont think there will be much problem,to be sincere Northerners is the problem of Nigeria and they are the one that kept us stand still because of their religious believes
