We don't like shanties on our land so they prefere building it on the sea. Unlike Kenyans every nukes and crannies has shanties all over.

I wonder how those photographers jump pass those places. Most of the pics of Nairobi captured the skyline they will not include the main. I can say from a video as well. Except for those who really wants to be honest.

Benin and Nigeria are brother's those ones among them who don't understand French speaks the natives inorder to pass their message across. Majority of them have taking Nigerian citizenship by naturalization or other way round which is well rocorgnise by the law. I am not against any other things but the facts.

I can bet it majority of those who live on the shoreline of the sea are beninoise. Most understand French language better than English. The dwellers are Fishermen they move deeper into the sea to fish. They also dredge sand from the sea and get them ready for sell. A lot of activities are taking place there. Government has attempted to evacuate all shanties on the shoreline including those on land as well for safety purpose but only been cautious of some certain things which is normal. A serious precaution is needed before the do take place. On like Kibera which have a different story..... Those guys in makoko are there for a purpose which is well known.

Makoko or not-old pics or not- it’s doesn’t take anything from the facts that Mombasa and Lamu are village Arabian slum with nearly zero infrastructure- this is something even u know deep down- all this noise doesn’t hide the obvious

Makoko dwellers have their occupation as a Fisher men and women ask him what is the job of the kiberian it is as usual as your thought.

These are low cost housing for low and middle income earners in ogun state. The project is spread across the three senetorial district of ogun state which include Abeokuta, Ota, Ilaro, Sagamu and ijebu ode. this is prince court estate Abeokuta in different locations. Some are commissioned while others are on-going.

Can u imagine that there is no decent area in Mombasa or that stupid village slum Lamu. Even the best of Mombasa “Nyali” looks way rundown than some of the worst place of Abuja.- pls tell me again-who cursed Kenyans- smh!!! What a backwater.

The Lamu I know is not even a town but a mere village it should have not been mentioned here In this platform. I can bet it the whole of that village called Lamu is full of complete slums and ghettos. I covered my face with shame when someone mentioned Lamu.
