Even if somebody is lying or trying to play games, it is my belief that careful facts should be made to conclude the party is lying and playing games rather than just relying on emotions and juju and witches threat?

Do not worry, you will get back your money, the thing is that we want defendant to pay you directly and not through a third party, and did you report him as well to the Chinese embassy in where you live, using is international front page, all documents used by him so far?
