For courier, you'll have to go to Records office at the Senate building before they'll reply.

I did WES evaluation in Eksu and they sent directly. Verification was instant.

If you are using videos (+French subtitles) to build your listening skills as against audios (+transcriptions), you can convert videos (like .mp4 files) to audios (such as .mp3 files) using VLC player (it is a free software that you can download) or you can search Google for online file converters which would help you convert videos to audios.

This way, after watching French videos and decoding the meaning, you can switch to listening to the audio versions whenever you are doing anything apart from deliberate studying and keep French playing continously at the background.

If you have a dollar Mastercard or Visa card, that's an option. Or tell a close friend who lives abroad to help you pay (this is what I did). Naira Mastercards and Visa cards no longer work for international purchases.

If you are having problems with your French listening, here is a useful resource that I used to improve my listening skills before I started attempting the listening tests of TEF. The website FrenchPod closed down over 4 years ago but the audios and transcriptions are still available.

What is CIIN?? If you need answers, then ask questions that are clear. There are many certifications in the world.

I tried paying for WES using Wema Debit card which has a monthly limi of $500 but it did not w work. So I tried using the Western Union Money Transfer Option, so I got a WES reference ID but never got a payment order to pay Western Union.

I checked online and this seem to be a big problem for people. Please I need help

Should I create another account and do another evaluation or do I go about paying WES.

Standard mail. There’s no need for International courier since you can always download the pdf file once your evaluation is complete.
