ChybuzzDD: There's nothing like miracle. If it's not by your effort, it's by someone else effort or by chance & time(even the Bible talks about time and chance deciding things).
The fact that i successfully passed through a particular spot, and a minute later, a tree falls on the next guy that tried to pass, doesn't make it a miracle on my own part. It simply means i wasn't at that particular place at that particular time. If i were there at that particular time like the other guy, i would face the same fate. Miracle would mean that the tree got suspended on the air and remained there until i successfully passed before it would then complete its fall. I pray you experience it soon so that you can believe miracles exist. |

Mediarush: Hello House, I am looking forward to Launching a Commercial Coconut Farm and Processing Industry: A Comprehensive Business Plan. I am embarking on an ambitious venture to establish a fully integrated coconut farming and processing operation. I have a comprehensive business plan that outlines my vision.
I am sharing my journey here to:
- To ask for help — from people smarter than me. - seeking your expertise, - Investment consideration, - Constructive Feedback. It's interesting to see that you have such a bold vision and are actively working to bring it to life. I'm not an expert, but I also have a similar goal that I'm working towards. I'll be pitching my tent here to learn as much as I can." |

My story might just save a life.
My due date is supposed to be May 8 but I delivered first week in March.
On the 2nd of March, I was feeling weak, I had constipation, my legs were swollen, I had back pain and lower tummy pain so I went to the hospital to complain to the gynae but the gynae said I was fine that my symptoms were just because I was already in my third trimester.
On the 4th of March, the pain got worse, I went back to the hospital and this time, I met another gynae. After I narrated all my symptoms the gynae examined baby's heartbeat and said I was fine. Even though my body was feeling awkward, I gave in to the gynae's opinion since I had met two different gynaecologist.
On the 5th of March. I slept only to wake up at 12 midnight to excruciating tommy pain, I taught I wanted to poo so I went to the restroom , I was able to pass a little poo. The pain continued. By the time I got to the restroom the second time, What I passed out was clotted blood. Fear gripped me
I woke hubby up and we rushed to the hospital that midnight. Before we got to the hospital, blood was gushing out and my cloth was already socked in blood.
When we got to the hospital, I was rushed to emergency, I was placed on the bed and the nurses were trying to examine me when the baby came out on her own without any push
Note I was just 31 weeks pregnant. The blood was still coming out so the doctor was trying to stabilize me and the baby was abandoned for about 20 minutes because they had taught the baby had passed giving the condition with which I delivered. After about 20 minutes, my baby was moving her body, that was when the doctor paid attention and checked and to the glory of God my baby was fine so she was moved to NICU
To the glory of God,my baby will be three months in a couple of weeks.
Please and please if you ever feel awkward about your health during pregnancy , don't stop demanding for answers even if means going to another hospital. A simple scan would have probably saved my situation . |

My CELPIP result is as follows:

Dauphine: Finally wrote my TCF exam today and…
It wasn’t what I expected at all.
Expression orale (EO): The first part, I was taken by surprise and I forgot some of what I practiced for the introduction part because it was jarring to say everything I had memorised before an actual person. She was nice and cool and she tried to be friendly to ease my nerves but it was my first experience speaking French with someone apart from my teacher online and it caught me off guard. Also the question part, I tried to ask as many questions as possible but I didn’t know how to gauge how much time I had spent (she said there was a timer but she didn’t set it and she also took time to respond to my questions). The task 2 was about finding an apartment in Quebec ( one of the easiest questions tbh) but at some point I was struggling to find the words. The last task was to compare between watching a movie at the cinema or at home (something like theatre or movies which do I prefer?) I chose movies and tried to highlight that for me, the ease of access thanks to apps like Netflix, was more important. Also the kind of movies I prefer are documentaries, crime investigations movies like Monk (similar to Sherlock Holmes) etc.
Comprehension orale (CO): My easiest section because I had soaked myself in formation TCF paid past questions for the last 5 weeks. Anyways, we’ll see how it goes. It was also shocking to me that the audio was played over a speaker and you get a booklet containing the questions with the options. At first I was alarmed at the thought of them reading the options as well but when I saw the options in the booklet, I breathed a sigh of relief. I was just glad that I really worked on the past questions because the audio quality could have been better. At least when I did IELTS we had our personal headsets to listen to the recordings.
Comprehension écrite (CE): The next section after CO and just like CO, it was manual as well so you shade the answers on the answer sheet and use the booklet to see the questions. I rushed through this section because it was also a repetition of the past questions. Basically the fact that you get to start the next section once you’ve completed the previous made me rush through this section.
Expression écrite (EE): I had a lot of time left over from the previous sections so I took time to complete the tasks. First task, write a letter to your friends detailing the gift of clothes that you expect from them for your next birthday (something like that). Second task, submit an essay about the traditional dishes in your country and what you like or don’t like about them. Final task, video games are good for the health or not. Summarise both points of view in your first paragraph and give your opinion in the second paragraph. I tried to stick to the word limit and reduce my mistakes to avoid my writing being illegible.
Overall impression, I was wondering if it was possible to quickly flip through the booklet and answer the CO questions before the recording played. CO was my biggest concern but I’m glad I scaled through. I didn’t like that the exam was manual and I had to rewrite my third EE task after I finished because of the mistakes I made, it wasn’t convenient. Manually counting the words was not ideal too, I feel they could have done better but I guess they don’t have a lot of people writing the exam (we were just two) so they were cutting costs. Also I wrote my exam outside Nigeria so I didn’t get any results today, they said they would send it to France and we should expect our results in three weeks. Its going to be a very long three weeks but I’ve deactivated all my alarms for my French lessons with the faith that I won’t have to rewrite the exam 🤞🏾 Thanks for sharing. I wish you success |

79733139: If you are using videos (+French subtitles) to build your listening skills as against audios (+transcriptions), you can convert videos (like .mp4 files) to audios (such as .mp3 files) using VLC player (it is a free software that you can download) or you can search Google for online file converters which would help you convert videos to audios.
This way, after watching French videos and decoding the meaning, you can switch to listening to the audio versions whenever you are doing anything apart from deliberate studying and keep French playing continously at the background. You are spot on. Thanks |
