Last time I checked, Dangote is the richest man in Nigeria and Africa.
Dangote has never been the 3rd, 4th, 5th or even 10th most powerful man in Nigeria despite his numerous business concerns.
Dangote has just commissioned the largest refinery in Africa and will be controlling Nigerians refined business, does that make him the 2nd Most powerful man in Nigeria. And yet you are tagging Gilbert Chougory as likely to become that. By your yardstick I want to believe. Pls can you tell us how u arrive at this?

This Lebanese- Nigerian business billionaire had long been a powerful mogul in Nigerian and international corridors of power.
He has been a long time business partner of Tinubu and his firm - Chougory Group was behind Eko Atlantic project in Lagos.
I wouldn't be surprised if he help fund Tinubu's Presidential campaign. Gilbert Chougory is also known name as business advisor to many international leaders. He is presently handling a project of Building a US embassy in Lagos.
He is a pure breed businessman. He put his funds in governments around the world where he knows he will get business contracts. Becoming the 2nd most powerful person in Nigeria is what I strongly doubt.
