Britain’s Got Talent finalist Asanda Jezile could have landed her first film role after catching the eye of Disney bosses. The youngster was apparently invited to audition for the lead role of Little Red Riding Hood in the new Disney movie Into The Woods. She is said to have received a recall after auditioning over the weekend. According to The Sun, Asanda was spotted by the film’s director Rob Marshall who liked her ‘star quality’ and got in touch straightaway to invite her for an audition. Marshall was also behind Pirates of the Caribbean: On Stranger Tides which starred Johnny Depp and Penelope Cruz. A source said: ‘Asanda has definite star quality and Rob spotted that straight away. He thinks she might be exactly what they are looking for.
