Ghanians, please know that there is no country in Africa that is below Nigeria. Nigeria is shiithole. FACT! They just talk too much to hide their miserable existance! Fact!

It's like you are too dumb to know certain Trademark laws can only be broken under the jurisdiction of the country who owns it. You can't go to any country and tell them they are breaking any of your irrelevant sh/itty Trademark laws or 'that they are using a trademark/brand name wrongly', that doesn't extend to their country. Go learn about Law. Do you think if it's that easy your movie 'District 9' that was banned only in Nigeria wouldn't have been banned from showing all over the world instead?

Yea...right, someone from South Africa is accusing Nigeria of a broken system. Joke
Look dummbo, I am not here to educate you about trade mark laws.

District 6? What the hell are you talking about? Where does district six come in this topic. Bwaaaahhaaaaaaa now you are embarrassing yoursel, really!

btw...yes, they don't care about Mandela, DEAL WITH IT! tongue
You are dumbb bottom, your answer about my being on this forum is on the above post. Seems you just answer before you read.
Secondly, you are showing of your stupidity on a public forum. Dont you know trade mark laws are protected under the US laws? Do you think anyone is mad enough to file a lawsuit in Nigeria? In a broken system? Hahahaaaaaa, please
google to cover your stuppidity if you will not read.

This is an easy case the lawyers would call in favour from Obama and he will pressurise your Jonathan to find the culprits and hand them over or they will.never travel again. Easy peasy!

Besides you think becouse your system is broken you can commit crime and nothing will happen? Lets see on this one how it will go.

Jesse4mu: no worries sha... my only advice is reduce your hate for Nigerians, do not judge an entire nation by the mistakes of a few.. have a good day
Time for the favourite NL word, " hate". I have never ever used the word hate in my vocab, I am just saying the truth. As a South Sfrican I am a gardian of the Mandela Legacy. His wishes we still have to realise. And I will not stand the abuse of his name and face for self enrichment by people who do not care to protect his legacy. Call me whatever but this is just plain wrong. Period!
CelebritiesRe: Celebrities At Legacy Concert For Nelson Mandela by sweetcheecks(f): 6:19pm On Dec 19, 2013
Jesse4mu: how do you know the organisers are not working hand in hand? always quick to jump on a criminal's forum smh
That will soon be determined. As I said if they do then theres no reason to worry!

As long as there Nigerians in SA, i will always be quick to jump on this forum. Deal with it!
CelebritiesRe: Celebrities At Legacy Concert For Nelson Mandela by sweetcheecks(f): 4:54pm On Dec 19, 2013
Jesse4mu: why are y
ou fond of formulating trouble miss? can't you be polite for once?
This is criminal dont you see? Or as long as your brothers chop, then its okay. If its not criminal then you have nothing to worry about. Iust speaking the bitter truth, I do not want to be polite to criminality applauded by some of you.

Forwarding it, I will. The Mandela Children Hospital is still short of its budget to start construction. And there are people freely cashing up on a Trade Marked brand and name. You call me a trouble maker. The right thing for you to do is ask the organizers to donate a % to The Mandela Children Fund. Corruption starts exactly like this!
CelebritiesRe: Celebrities At Legacy Concert For Nelson Mandela by sweetcheecks(f): 4:19pm On Dec 19, 2013
This should be reported to The Mandela Foundation if they are going to use his name and picture a certain % should go to the The Mandela Children's hospital fund.

Nigerians already trying to cashup on Tata's name. Defnately forwarding this to the Foundation lawyers, to do the needfull!

Mandela is brand people would never use LV like this why use Mandela?

dsaynt: Thanks for the info. I like the way you CLEARLY spelt it out and it made a lot of logical sense. This is the way things should be explained. You are obviously an educated and exposed South African that understands African/Black unity. Some people both NIGERIANS and SOUTH AFRICANS took this too far and once national pride is at stake everyone throws decorum to the winds. The person that started this thread was probably curious given the much documented history of help that Nigeria gave SA.The whole thing now degenerated into a fight...Nigeria vs SA (with external fighters like the Kenyans and Bots peeps that weren't even invited into the fight making inputs...Lol).

This has gone far enough. Lets sheath our swords (If i said hurtful stuff I'm sorry...it was a good fun fight though...hahahahaha). So pleae please, lets look towards developing our respective countries. I am sure we don't like the bad stuff some of our people do to spoil our countries so lets channel all this energy into stopping it.
As someone pointed out..the whities aka europeans don't fight like this...they direct their energy into developing themselves or fighting us. Lets learn to do the same!

have a great day peeps!
@ bolded, you guys have no dignity whatsoever, you would lie at drop of a hat. Where is the documantation you talking about? You keep on interviewing people and them telling stories by moonlight and you call that documented? Hopeless people!

Please don't make sweeping allegations as a result of a few delusional bigots.
All the ones who grew up in Nigeria have the same mind, its like you are dealing with one person. If you could go through each of the post in this thread you would swear they were sat down and recited everthying. Same old boring thing. Their desrespect to cultures and seeing traditions as premitive. Attacking the SA Bushman/Khoisans, Kenya's Masai, Botswana's Khoi becouse those people decided to live and preserve their culture is totally based on low self esteem and cluelessness. And then they call themselves "Giant of Africa" in what exactly? What can be learned from Nigerian by other Africans? Self hate? Worship of mone & Everything Western?
That is what they are doing in Ghana. I always Lol each time they make the delusional claim that they are giants of Africa.
Its clear Nigerians are the ungreatful ones, they just use reverse psychology by insulting their hosts to ensure their egos are intact for needing to go to other countries in search of a better life.

Amazingly, there is not even one other African country that likes Nigerians imagine of more people from all these countries would access NL and see how their countries are insulted and belittled while there Nigerians staying there. Really they need to learn to be more strategic than this.

BluIvy: Last but not least, South Africans and all SADEC people you must always try put a word out about what these people treat others in this forum. We must find a way to disassociate with Nigerian as SADEC otherwise the way they have ruined their country they are gunning to ruin ours. We really do not need these people and SADEC could be the pride of AFRICA. We must pack them up from SADEC with their SADEC wives if they wish but if our ladies leave with them must know they are on their own as there are not diplomatic ties with Nigeria. Our countries should cut all diplomatic ties with them and only deal with them through AU. Even then make it clear that no SADEC country get into other diplomatic ties with them.

They accuse people of being ungrateful when they are the ungreatful ones. We take them into our countries they onl bring filth, drugs and marry our sisters for citizenship. Enjoy our taxpayers free hospitals, water, schools and eletricity and come here to lie that they are investing in our countries when they destroying them. I a done talking to these ungreatful
mongrels.

all4naija: Jeez! You must be having a hard time with a Nigerian in your country, woman! You didn't say this when Apartheid government was hunting down your people. Please, give us a break from this your unnecessary cry. As if SADEC is relevant. Apart from SA which other country can stand shoulders with Nigeria in SADEC? This is a futile attempt to look as if your people are worth talking about. You should be glad to be living on Mandela's fight for equality in that society and the moment it all has been soiled by your disgusting behaviors you would have nobody to blame, you South African
ungrateful Zulus!
All4naija no offence but you can be stoopid sometimes huh Did you read her posts at all? Did she say shes from SA? And this your stoopid comments about what you did for SA is what started this whole saga. And by the way Botswana is country to be reckoned with. I will not bother explaining though, its your responsibility to learn about a country before you belittle it. Eish Nigerians say the samething over and over again.

They go about protests with clubs and machetes in a very primitive man's way. We aren't that ignorant of your society and people you are bragging about here. If not Townships would have been done away with by now - going by your dubious claim.

BCraig: Always a pleasure to read. South Africans and their sexy posts. Nothing like an argument that builds on itself.

As opposed to this emotional rubbish coming from the Naai-gerian side.
To be honest Bcraig, if Nigerians were not hasty in insults and wanting greatness at all cost forums like these would be used to further the Africa agenda in real terms. Build each other up, share ideas, encourage and empower each other to go out there everyday with a purpose in mind to redeem Africa from criminals called politicians and make her great. Instead they are here complaining about not talking in a funeral calling people names etc. Dooms day is upon Africa at this rate. Makes me want to agree with the Batswana girl that Southern Africa must push its own agenda and forget about the rest.

Fajzay: That is the word!!! Better keep pressing on no matter the cost. You shut up once, you'll shut up over and over and over again
We are used to being gunned down nothing will stop a South African from protesting. The Apartheid regime with all their armies and nuclear did not stop us, what would now?

If you are not willing to die for what you believe in you will live in Zombie state where man feels less of a man becouse he cannot provide for his family, a mother feels useless coz she cannot feed her children dreams become distant and one exist for the sake of existing. Crime then becomes the order of the day, survival of the fittest.
Foreign AffairsRe: Madiba's Burial: Isn't South Africa Most Ungrateful To Nigeria? by sweetcheecks(f): 1:14am On Dec 18, 2013
Its better for Africa or Southern Africa to be known of jailing their presidents one after another rather than letting the scoundrels get away with murder making a mockery of the people they were elected to serve to the world. And this belief that Africa is doomed to be corrupt is absolute bull, if we allow it to happen we will then wear the shoe and it will fit perfectly.

Untill Africans treat this corrupt few individuals as criminals which they are we would always attach derogatory terms with ourselves. This is the new millenium, Africans are wise and are involved in the governing their country and accounting to every cent of the tax payers money. Thats the Mandela way! He hated complacancy on matters of importance and governance.

Only if you let the first one slip away. Thabo Mbeki has not been indicted so far so Zuma will be used as an example as a warning to future culprits.

Zambia has just jailed their former president for curruption. The law works when the people and opposition presses on.

Fajzay: "South Africa's anti graft watchdog claims her investigation into taxpayer-funded upgrades to President Jacob Zuma's private home has been blocked by ministers" www.telegraph.co.uk

How much money was returned as of todayhuh How many more of financial mismanagement hasnt been discovered / been swept under the carpet. Africa is just something else. Same shit different places all over the continent. Be it small scale or large scale and trust me today's large scale started small years back.
The compound was just finished last year. The public protector has just given her report on the investigation it will be publicised by January becouse of Mandela's death. After that if any discrepencies are found it goes to court, if no joy it goes to Suppreme court or Constitutional court depend on the issues arising whether they are policy or legal. But trust me eventually the truth will be outed, he cannot buy everyone and our Lady Public Prosecutor is no push over, neither is the opposition or the public.

Watch this space, the man if he hasdone wrong will have his day in court.
