You don't need to refill anything, even if u visit the application 101 times, it will always remains blank. whatever u have filled at first has been saved UI database

Tell him/her to try using his/her other name.
It also happen to a friend of mine too, her other names too didn't even log her in. Twas her nickname that did. What's funny is that I don't know where they got to use her nickname has password
