Obama giving Nigeria/Africa that much money is simple and comes with terms and conditions, once you take that money we dictate to you ur internal policies, we own your resources, land and people, we drone you back to middle ages if you don't do as we say... Gaddafi and Libya is a good example and u accept what we tell u to do, for example adopt gay and part of life and gay marriage, china have no rights been in Africa. Simple. just thinking what these men have done to u to deserve this level of abuse.. they never killed or defraud u neither are they denying u ur liberty or freedom. the problem with people like u is simple, u like to tell others how to live their lives when while u neglect urs, tell the world how u are better than them.

u have no idea what u are talking about, africa do not need the aid/money america is giving us, what we demand from america is simple.. fair trade in the world market for our produce, stop selling guns and amunition to african countries amongst other.. with regards to the money they give to africa, like the old adage says, however pay the piper plays the tune.. they give us their so called aid to control our culture and dictate to us an example is the gay issue and many more, why isnt obama going to middle east and lecture them about gay parade or gay rights?
