how are u planning to switch to geology? Bch and geology, are two different fields na.

Btw that means u actually didnt want medicine, if not u wouldnt be asking to switch to geology, a non-medical-related course.

And Geology is encouraged?? Abegi biko.. I urge you to go for biochemistry.. You can even diversify.. You will have knowledge about basic Biology and more of chemistry..

I applied for medicine in uniport basic school,,ended up getting biochemistry.thinking of switching to geology.cuz i think geology has a greater advantage over biochemistry..plz i need advice..cuz am so confused,i heard biochemistry is nt really encouraged in Nigeria..PLZ I NEED ADVICE

Ur dad shuldnt make a choice 4 u,bt he may jst suggest,is ur life sis. nd geology requires Maths. BCM is a vry nice course jor,u gt luck say u werent given Fishery or Botany.

Y is basic admission nt recognised by jamb? jst check a friend of mine jamb status(he gt admitted via basic) bt is still displayin,"sorry no admission given yet".basic new undagrads u guyz shuld check ur status 2 confirm.

,,if u have above 180 in jamb,with tym it will reflect on jamb website,,moreover,if ure going thru basic admission,,u will jst be using d basic success letter for clearance

Really felt bad last year and the yr b4 dat....buh thank God 4 redeeming me with a double....Pharmacy in both...
Though I think many good guys deserve 2 be on the list but are not...

Am sorry guys, this is with no intent of derailing. Is it true that without your waec mastersheet you won't be cleared during clearance. Am a fresher i don't have it but i have the original waec result certificate. Also heard it will be needed for Nysc too. Thanks 4 ur answers.

Alakahia has better light than Choba or Aluu and its cost effective for basic students. Aluu is not as bad as people make it out to be. Its fellow "students" that engage in the robbery and cultism. During these long periods of blackout, the same "students" refuse to contribute money to pump water yet they use it like no man's business.
