UPDATE!!!
So in less than two weeks, the Samsung TV that Acunon sold to my sister has stopped working. This time, its not coming on. But she has chosen to let go. She's not interested in contacting Acunon or repairing the TV again. I'm so very disappointed and sad because I was the one who told her to buy from him when she wanted to order online. It's very unfortunate. #133k, gone like that in this very harsh economy. This does not even include all other costs she has incurred the other time she had to go back to alaba for him to fix the TV. She said she has left everything to God. God sees beyond what we see but Acunon, may God reward you accordingly.

As Regards to this issue. I will say it is lack of patience that made it this way. Buyer was present in the store, a TV was tested properly for roughly an hour, took it home and there was an issue after days of usage. The buyer brought it back to be fixed and was told that the equipment used in fixing it was available at that moment and the buyer agreed to wait for the fix. The buyer came yesterday for it and was told it hasn't been fixed and went Rogue even after been told it will be fixed that day. To cut this short, the set has been fixed same yesterday and the buyer has agreed to come pick it up today. As regards to the poster saying that I didn't assist him on the one he brought, I can only tell you what I know, I would not want to complicate issues by saying what I don't know. [When my own TV had issues, because Acunon was unresponsive, i had to contact Graceglory for advice. I've never patronized him. Yet he attended to me politely and suggested likely solutions to the problem. Yet this fraud called Acunon toll date didn't even asked if the TV was fixed or not. Truth is, I'll keep warning people not to buy from him. We bought from him too, all the way from Abj. Few weeks after, the TV had a a minor colour issue. We kept calling Acunon but he had nothing to do or say about it. I thought that was an isolated case and I still recommended him for my sister. She bought a 50 inches Samsung from him for more than 100k. Now she's the one chasing acunon up and down. Fix the TV, no. Change the TV, stories. She had to involve police before he resolved to replace the TV latest by Friday. No customer relations whatsoever and he's being non chalant about the whole. And he's still busy advertising TV here. Please Acunon, don't let us drag this issue further. Force hq no go contain us o. once again PLEASE DO NOT BUY ANY TV FROM ACUNON!!!!

We cannot have a great day ahead if you don't replace my sister's TV or return her money. Not to think of the physical and emotional trauma this has caused her. Or how much she has spent coming to your place and calling you.

Please guys whatever you do, don't buy your TV from Acunon. My sister bought from him, the TV developed fault after a few days. Till date, he hasn't given her another TV nor her money. To be forewarned is to be forearmed oo.
