Reports of ongoing violent clash between Aguda and Ijesha area boys (thugs). The thugs have taken over the area in a highly tensed fight. One person was reportedly killed and several others injured.
Residents and other road users scampering for safety leaving residents in palpable fear.

*Advice*
. Avoid these areas as a precaution.
. Maintain situational awareness.
. Plan routes bypassing these locations.

*Action:*
Share & inform all project staff immediately.

Monitor the situation and if necessary make plans to adjust planned activities in the area indicated.

The student association of the Faculty of Law of Bowen University has sent a warning letter to the DJ coming to play at their dinner event asking the DJ not to play any song from Naira Marley at the event.

This news came as a surprise to many people on the internet who feel the letter by the body of the university is totally uncalled-for, as playing Naira Marley’s song wouldn’t have any negative effect on the people that would be present at the dinner.

This move by the sub-authority under Bowen University has further stressed the claim by Naira Marley about the society seeing him as a bad influence and a damaging presence around the Nigerian youths.

With this move looking like one that would be enforced, what would now be the fate of the Marlians in Bowen who are waiting to lose their manners at the sound of the music of their leader?

Nigerian singer, Esegine Allen, better known by his stage name Orezi, was involved
in a ghastly auto accident on his way to the airport in Lagos on Friday, December 6.

The singer survived the accident but was left with a broken jaw amongst other injuries after he was involved in the car crash, which happened on the popular Third Mainland bridge in Lagos.

Orezi was rushing to meet up with a morning flight to Delta State for a performance so he took an Uber at about 5:30am in the morning and all of a sudden he woke up to a crash on Third Mainland bridge.

According to him, ‘I was seated at the back when it happened and it seems i crash my jaw into the front seat so I lost consciousness and was just bleeding from everywhere. I still managed to make the flight after i got first aid but I’m fine now’.

Bobrisky has revealed that he’s undergoing a surgery in Dubai and prays for a successful surgery. But he didn’t reveal the nature of the surgery.

Brazil defender, Thiago Silva has slammed Argentine captain, Lionel Messi for his conduct during Argentina’s 1-0 victory over the Selecao in an international friendly encounter on Friday night in Saudi Arabia.

It was reported that Messi, who scored the only goal of the match, told Brazil coach, Tite to shut up when he exchanged words with the Selecao boss.

Messi and Tite exchanged words in the opening half, with the Barcelona captain seen putting his fingers to his lips as the Brazil boss complained to the referee.

Reacting to the development, Silva accused Messi of showing signs of disrespect, adding that the 32-year-old was guilty of trying to officiate matches on his own and place too much pressure on the officials.

“Messi wanted to rule over the game,” Silvan was quoted by Metro UK as saying after the match.

“He kicked two people and the referee did nothing.

“I argued with the ref and he kept laughing. You have to put admiration to one side.

“He always looks to force the referee to give them free-kicks in dangerous areas, he always acts in that way.

“We spoke with some players who play in Spain and the same thing happens, he looks to control the game and the referee’s decisions.

“You don’t see him trying to rule so much. There are referees that, because of their admiration for him, start to weigh in on his side. That we didn’t have Neymar on our side was a disadvantage.

A group of FUTA students were caught on camera beating a female 100 level student mercilessly in her room.

About 5 FUTA students, one male and 4 females ganged up against a female student, Bimpe, accusing her of saying something she was not supposed to which quickly resulted in her getting the beating of her life.

The male student was the first to slap her repeatedly before he removed his belt and started beating her with it while the other ladies with him joined in using different objects to beat her up while dragging her clothes and hair as she tried escaping from them.

According to reports, the male FUTA student came to assault the female student with his school daughter (one of the girls in the video) who allegedly called him to help deal with the lady who she had a misunderstanding with in school.

The video which is now going viral is yet to be traced but the last message reads;

100 lvl students watch how you run your mouths.

Did you know I’m the most searched female personality in Nigeria in the last 10 years? (2008-2018) Infact, the only Nigerian woman in the top 10 list. This is according to Google!

One of the most common questions People ask me when I go speak with them is how i’ve manage to stay relevant after so many years. You have to understand that I came online in 2006 and 13 years later, we are still here, still thriving. Still relevant. My answer to that question is;
