SELLER GIVES PRE ADVICE AFTER CONFIRMATION FROM HIS ACCOUNT OFFICER WITHIN 72HOURS. BUYER RECEIVES PRE ADVICE AND DO BLOCK FUND OR LIEN LETTER ACCORDINGLY TO SELLER WITHIN 6 WORKING DAYS AND THE N10M BANK DRAFT IS RETURN BACK TO BUYER THROUGH HIS ACCOUNT OFFICER. FAILURE FOR BUYER TO DO SO, SELLER WILL CASH THE N10M BANK DRAFT AND SPLIT 50/50 WITH FACILLITATORS.

(5) The Fund receiver will raise a bank Lien RAISED EXACTLY IN THE TEMPLATE VERBIAGE OF THE SELLER ( WORD FOR WORD) IN THE LETTER HEAD PAPER OF THE BUYER’S BANK.

(6). Upon successful receipt and authentication of Buyer’s instrument, Seller shall transfer USD to Buyer’s USD nominated bank account within 72hours with full evidence of a copy of a transfer signal/telex copy confirmation.

(7). BUYER AND SELLER AO upon receipt and confirmation of USD shall RELEASE the equivalent naira to the fund provider and all the beneficiaries as stated into this signed MOU immediately without delay or failure.

(. Seller’s USD comes with KYC and CIS SECURITY CLEARANCE INSURANCE.

(9). Contract moa comes with IN BUILT INDEMNITY LEGALLY BINDING ON BOTH SELLER and BUYER.

​(10) Seller confirm bank INSTRUMENT and other documents then transfer USD to Buyer’s Bank simultaneously from 72 working hours OR AFTER BUYER PND INTO SELLER ACCOUNT. BUYER AND SELLER’S AOs confirm USD transfer then release the Naira equivalent to all accounts designated in this MOA vis-à-vis the Seller’s and other beneficiaries as stipulated in this DEED/MOA.
