Job Title: Account officer

Job Description/Responsibilities
- Budget setting, preparation, and monitoring on a monthly basis
- Producing an accurate set of month-end accounts
- Preparing profit and loss accounts and the balance sheet for management
- Coordinating monthly inventory
- Monitoring of revenue and expenses in compliance with the stipulated budget.
- Management of Main/Petty cash at all levels, disbursement, and analysis of various expenses.
- Maintenance of Company Payroll
- Directly responsible for the update of all customer/supply ledger on a regular basis.
- Reconciliation of all company purchase with the store-keepers record to ensure delivery and proper issuance of materials to different projects.

Key Requirements
- Minimum 1-year experience in similar role
-Knowledge of finance, accounting, budgeting
-Excellent mathematical and statistical abilities
-Creativity and innovation
-Excellent Communication and Interpersonal skills
-Attention to detail and accuracy
-Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel etc.)
-Proficiency in an accounting software Planning and organizing

Education:
-Minimum of OND in Accounting or other related courses

Salary: N50,000

- OVERSEE INVENTORY, MAINTENANCE, REPAIR, AND REPLACEMENT OF PRODUCTION MATERIALS
- ENSURE PROMPT DELIVERY OF GOODS AND OPTIMAL CUSTOMER SATISFACTION
- ENFORCE HEALTH AND SAFETY PROCEDURES FOR OPERATIONS
- ENSURE COMPLIANCE OF ALL STAFF TO THE COMPANY'S POLICY AND QUALITY STANDARD
