Choosing a country in Europe to study depends on your financial capacity. If you are low on finance, then choosing the low tuition countries will be a good idea. Then you can consider most Eastern European countries. They are big on low tuition.

Your qualifications should be considered too. Do you have a good CGPA? If yes, you could look at scholarship opportunities and spread your chances to other EU countries... Germany, Netherlands, Sweden, etc.

It is amazing to know that one can study in Europe for a bachelor's degree with just WAEC or NECO results. And it takes only 3 years.

Of course, Masters's degree takes 2 years.
