U can't start any business in this country without any capital. U also need money to learn skill. U need money to open a shop and u need money to invest in whatever u wish to do. No matter how little the money is. So remove that mentality of starting a business without money. It's an unfair mentality.

Hello, there miccolo2, I am Eze2000!

I always wondered why you never challenged me right away when I first called you out here for fraud a month ago despite making several appearances on NL and clearly seeing my accusation . Now I know why. You are a clever scammer, sir. You stalked me all that time and waited till I got into an argument yesterday in politics section then hit the report button to have me banned. Once sure, I was banned and unable to respond, you embanked on a defamatory campaign of my person in a bid to redeem your image.

That ban yesterday always baffled me because a lot of people were raining insults on that tribalistic thread but only me got banned for saying only 'Shut up'. Well done, I must say.

Listen, miccolo2, I've been hiring the services of different people on this website for years but do not offer any kind of service. Take the owner of this thread for example, Tabbaz. He's been my dollar exchanger for almost 2 years now I have not had a single issue with him. On the other hand I have had issues with a number of scammers and I do not tolerate it at all even if its just 1k involved... it's still my money!!!!

I still have the chats, with you and my initial thread is still there. I put it to you that you are a very clever but cheap scammer. If i have accused you falsely please state so right on this thread with evidence of your own.

You accuse me of being a lair and blackmailer then say silence is the best answer for a fool yet spent the entire night running around this site quoting Eze2000's old posts with defamatory comments. You are the same guy who kept begging me for more time to work on my project only to tagged a slave driver and cheat now, project you couldn't even understand. You swallowed the advance I paid you and refused to vomit it but now I'm the blackmailer I HATE SCAM AND FALSEHOOD SO MUCH IT HURTS.

So far, all I have done is report you here and challenged you twice elsewhere but stopped cos I believe people change and must work to eat. But it seems I am wrong. That's alright. If you have a problem state it here. We settle here with reputable people as judge, one a supermode.

Oh, I finally secured the services of another Nairalander who got the problem solved with his Facebook ad account in 30 minutes flat, both domains unblocked, and for 5k instead of the 8k you billed me.

One last thing. I kindly stop using your alternate moniker to like and share your own post at midnight. Who are you kidding.

@Dominique
Madam, permit me the grace of using this moniker in responding to this scammer that wants to clear his name by accusing me falsely. He's been at it all night after having my main moniker Eze2000 banned for a dumb argument with another in politics section earlier yesterday. For the sake of the rules of this website, I won't retaliate in kind and beg you to take down those defamatory posts unless he can prove any of it. Be judge here madam. Whatever you say i will do.

Thank you!

@miccolo2, I also saw this accusation weeks ago. Why did you not reply earlier?

how many times does one need to kill another person before been convicted or labelled a murderer?
if the cops arrests an armed robber during a robbery operation and he says that is his first time , does that make him a lesser thief or does that justify forgiveness?
it is like a first time thief who is arrested , taken to court , convicted in the law court, now asking the court not to list him as an ex convict because that was his first offense

you are very right baba

I appreciate your efforts on this

Even if I don't demand an apology, she' should kindly take of my Facebook page screenshot she posted and remove all the information she gave out while calling me a scammer on all threads

Then we will sort out whatever way she wants on WhatsApp ......... Obviously refund, cos I can't give her any TV again because she won't appreciate it

Once again I appreciate your judgement Tabbaz

Thanks for your maturity and I support your proposition. Since no scam case is confirmed, it's expected that the post be removed.

Please check your WhatsApp sir.

I have gone through the evidence submitted by both parties and these are my observations.

1. The buyer is angry because the product does not serve her as expected

2. The seller could not force the driver to deliver the item since he's not the person that engaged in a business with him. However, he kept replying the buyers message and kept suggesting way out.

Overall, this is not a scam case. I think the buyer over acted by calling the seller a thief.

Nethertheless, I think the seller should not insist on apology before returning the TV or repair, sell and return the agreed amount.

It's natural for customer to get angry in this type of situation and I think you may act same if you are in her shoes. Remember customers are always right. As a seller, you should be patient even when your customer is angry. Who knows, both of you may engage in a bigger business in the future.

The information is false, the day the driver called me...... I informed her

But she has posted this before I did receive the item

If you're on WhatsApp, I can screenshot our convo as I was updating her with info and my recorded call conversation

But all she believes is I've connived with driver to steal her returned TV

After all these plenty allegations, the TV was received and was working which I posted

I don't know if twas poor voltage that prompted to the tv failure there

Now if she wants a refund, she should apologise and I'll refund her the due money
I'm on WhatsApp with the number on my signature

I am writing this words with pains of you blackmailing me

If really you believe in God and all you've said here is the truth.......... Anything I find should I not see

But if all these you said is wrong, may your children (born and unborn) be affected with these kind of issues all the rest of their lives

You'd think this is a joke till you grow old and remember what you did to one online vendor

I promise you this......... You'd remember this post

Then you'll know the essence of what you just did

As I told you, you'd come down to lagos and see the person you tagged a scammer and either collect your money or your TV

From there you'll be convinced that you actually did the wrong person all wrong

Abi you want me to stay on nairaland as someone that's jobless and doesn't have needs to attend

I pity for you and most times I wonder how you do survive with these mentality of yours
I won't quote you again

Hi, I have read some of the posts concerning this TV issue.

The buyer claimed you accepted that she should send it to you for repair
After sending it, she could not contact the driver again, and you did not acknowledge that you received the item until after she posted the matter on nairaland.

Is this information true?

HOW TO RECOVER YOUR MONEY IF ANYBODY SCAM YOU ONLINE

Many Nigerians don't always know what to do when they get scammed online, so today we are sharing with you things you should do when you realize a page you paid for a service or goods scams you:

1. Screenshot all previous chats across all messaging app (IG and WhatsApp or FB).

2. Write out the Full name and account number of the page or person.

3. Go to the last notification your bank sent you after you made the payment (via mobile app or text)

4. copy out the "TRANSACTION ID NUMBER".

5. Go to any branch of the scam artist's bank (the bank the scammer uses), ask to see the CUSTOMER SERVICE in charge of FRAUD.

6. If you can, print out all those chats with the scammer, and submit it. While you are there, send an email to SCAMMER'S BANK and copy CBN FRAUD DESK (ethicsoffice@cbn.gov.ng OR anticorruptionunit@cbn.gov.ng.) Copying CBN fraud desk will force the bank to take it up fast.

What should you expect after you take the steps above?

The suspected scammer’s bank account will be PLACED ON HOLD. Meaning he/she cannot transfer or withdraw money from their account until they visit the bank, and when they do, the bank will contact the Police and the suspect when proven guilty will sign a waiver allowing the bank to refund your money to you.

I just took my time to read the argument, and I think it is too early to conclude. I await the accuser to tell his part of the story.

Edited 2: despite the disaster in the username, nothing negative is found against the moniker. Perhaps, he has a reason for naming himself something disaster.
