I have an issue
I tried to sell Fiverr fund to an exchanger
He has added my email and all and i have also clicked on the withdrawal botton

It is my first withdrawal on the account

Now for over 2weeks d funds is still in my account and the paypal option has been greyed out
I can even click it

All it keeps saying is "transaction being processed,no need for futher action"

Now today i tried pulling the money into payoneer, the fund no gree leave my account.

I am scared to message CS because i be bloody nigerian with black face and i am operating under usa IP

I don't have experience about this, but I think contacting fiverr would be the best. I ordered a gig in the past and was debited twice. It was resolved within 24hrs after contacting CS

You can trade that one with trusted fellow or use other trusted members as escrow now. these mentioned fellow (and some others that we know which time did not permit me to mention) should be used for $$$ escrow. make we no abuse them, otherwise they go vex and start turning down escrow job. FYI, they don't collect money - they offer free service o.

Since this exchanging business is a long term thing lets go old school.

We see face to face, house to house, pepo wen do reach your house go attest, and if you are using an NL account that is less than 3 years go sleep.

if you can not do skype or imo face chat, go die.

Mention school or church when you go. (NL is very porous, someone somewhere will know you)

And best of all, be ready to show you means of identification,

and don't try to bring one foolish 200 naira laminated id,

bring either national id card or international passport data page, even drivers license sef is not allowed, that shit cost 5k for fake.

Bring a copy of your utility bill either LAWMA or PHCN.

It may look funny but this was the old school way of doing business,

no single Nigerian right now can afford to soil their passport cause to get new one na die.

If you are too impatient to take ur time and provide these then respect yourself and do escrow with someone you both trust.

with time sef some will register their online presence and start forming escrow boss then scam two people at once,

So best bet is show ur face on skype or imo + provide means of id + Utility bill OR face to face.

Even the face to face sef, if you no get muscle no try urself, dey will beat you and nothing will happen.

Carter001 brought your case to our team. He claim you collected naira and refuse to send dollar. According to him, you promised to send the dollar immediately, but after he sent naira, you told him his dollar would be sent on Monday. If his case is genuine, kindly return his naira and don't be greedy. Another deal will come your way - don't hold people's cash for long.

Your previous case of swapping two disimilar names is still fresh in the head of nairalander. Pls don't make it worse, otherwise, no one would want to trade with you anymore.

Always tell your client all the condition of trade before they send their hard earned money to you. Who will trade with you will surely trade with you.

I have contacted someone here already and gave the person the full story and his moniker (he isn't who you ppl are expecting him to be). He has an accomplice and thats what i have been trying to fetch out to know who the person his before we can burst their bubbles.

We just decide to keep the scene to our self cos nothing has been done to tthose we have caught and majority of ppl here have nothing to offer than to gossip. Will nlders contribute for u if person scam u? NO!, instead they will just veiw and laugh their ass out if you are their rival/enemy.

I know a day is coming when those that don't care who get scammed or not will fall victim and lose huge money, then e go pepper their body as e dey pepper tabbaz

We can not continue doing the same thing and expect a different result.

This is a big forum. There is nothing wrong in having a database of the previous scammers in form of a thread or even a link on the site. We can come together and achieve scam free forum. But in a situation when each of us only care for his own safety, we are only giving the scammers more strength.

This is not different from what is ruining our nation at large. No one want to sacrifice his time, energy, safety for the upliftment of the community. By the time you silent about a crime, and others also are silent about it, the offenders will be moving within us without fear.

I may have limited strength to fighting the scammers on this forum, but I assure you I will try my possible best in reducing their evil deed.

By the way, nairalander are the one that cut down the investigation by inpatient frequent post. I was about to get his real picture and video chart.

Nevertheless, the little information about him will be included in scammer's list. This will help even if just 1% help, I don't mind

You are doing a great job Bros. However I really don't think anyone can threaten him to name names because people have their reasons for their actions or inactions. What we need to establish is if he was really scammed and if he is working to get the scammer nabbed.

Truth is if he didn't mention he was scammed, no one will know. I haven't seen any thing all the list has done so far asides the fact that it assists the scammers to run with known monikers and then use other monikers to defraud people again.

I perfectly understand you Bookiemart01 . But my phylosophy is this - The more information we have about the SCAMMERS, the more hard it would be for them to scam smart member in their next attempt.

They would have to change their moniker, their bank detail, payoneer detal, paypal detail etc
Leaving them to scam at will is not going to help at all. It will only make them target vulnerable and greedy members

Don't know if he is on Nl Yet... He contacted me from a whatsapp Group that was meant to be scam free..

He had already blocked me before i sent the scammer msg, Cause I told Admin of the Group about it and The admin challenged him and removed him around 23:15 while i was away, and i then decided to come open to him by calling him a scammer by 23:33.

So he knew whats up already after he was hoping ill send him money first.. Not knowing I just wanted to know his details since he can't change that
