SportsMichael Emenalo Appointed As Monaco Sporting Director Weeks After Chelsea Exit by taguafuo(op): 8:23pm On Nov 27, 2017
Monaco have announced the appointment of the former Chelsea technical director Michael Emenalo as their sporting director. The 52-year-old resigned from his post at Stamford Bridge three weeks ago and has taken on a similar role at the Ligue 1 club.

Emenalo, who will work under the vice-president Vadim Vasilyev, told the Monaco website: “It’s a wonderful opportunity for me in such a high-quality project. Monaco have shown great [progress] in the past few seasons and I am convinced that the club will keep being successful.

“Vadim Vasilyev convinced me to join AS Monaco and I believe this is the right choice for me after my decision to leave Chelsea.”

Vasilyev said: “His know-how in [the] scouting network, as well as the technical skills he developed working in one of the most successful clubs in the world in the past few years, are the main reasons leading us to present him our ambitious challenge.”

I encounter a lot of people who have DNA traced their root to Igboland and I teach them about the culture and tradition. I also tell them Igboland is not secure at the moment, but we will secure it in time for our people to come home and pay homage.

Our lost sons and daughters who were uprooted from their homeland due to slave trade could be worth over ten trillion dollars to the Igbo economy.

MediumStout:
sad What exactly does these igbo's want? Had this vaccination exercise began in the north and south west, you guys will blame buhari for Marginalization of igbos and favoring other regions. The president is proving to the world now that he is detribalized by sending the army to provide free medical care that none of your governors can provide yet all you can do is scream and raise false alarm instead of thanking buhari. IpoB was proscribed by the federal government and soldiers were ordered to provide health care for you people. It's called carrot and stick approach. The south east has the worst infrastructures in terms of hospital and medical care in the country, hence the need for free medical care. The out break of monkey pox in the SS and SE states is a reason why the army must vaccinate you people by force. You cannot be allowed to infect the whole country with terrible diseases cos you people are the most travelled tribe. This is the same mistake northerners made during GEJ era by rejecting polio vaccine. Their region has the highest cases of polio now. You people should limit your hatred for buhari. Accept him as your president if you want to benefit anything from his government and not be treated like 5%. A word is enough for the wise angry
I have lived across Nigeria and Alaigbo is the only part of Nigeria with anything close to a standard health care system in Nigeria . The military program is not necessary. we know the route to the nearest health centre.

The drum is getting louder
PoliticsBruce Fein; Designating Biafra’s Nnamdi Kanu As An Internationally Protected Per by taguafuo(op): 11:17am On Sep 29, 2017
The United Nations Security Council, under Chapter VII of the United Nations Charter should designate Biafra’s Nnamdi Kanu as an “internationally protected person” as defined in the Convention on the Prevention and Punishment of Crimes Against Internationally Protected Persons, Including Diplomatic Agents. Article I of the Convention defines an “internationally protected person as “A Head of State, including any member of a collegial body performing the functions of a Head of State under the constitution of the State concerned, a Head of Government or a Minister of Foreign Affairs, whenever such person is in a foreign state ….”

Nnamdi Kanu is de facto a member of a body of Biafrans who collectively perform the functions of a Head of State in seeking to protect the physical safety and security of Biafrans in Nigeria’s South East region from the murderous Hausa-Fulani Islamic government of Nigeria headed by former military dictator Muhammadu Buhari. Mr. Buhari was elected President of Nigeria under an illegitimate constitution decreed in 1999 by a fellow military dictator for the purpose of holding Biafrans in bondage to Hausa-Fulani terrorists.

At present, Mr. Buhari has dispatched Nigeria’s Hausa-Fulani dominated military to occupy and impose de facto martial law on Biafra’s civilian population. Nigeria’s illegitimate Muslim government has concocted bogus treason charges against Mr. Kanu.

Nigeria’s military has quarantined Mr. Kanu’s home and killed his supporters. It has placed him under de facto house arrest. It has recently, summarily, and absurdly designated the Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB) as a terrorist organization in a secret Star Chamber process denuded of any trappings of due process. In fact, IPOB is a peaceful political group led in part by Mr. Kanu that seeks restructuring of Nigeria in conformity with time-honored principles of self-determination. The bogus terrorist label has been attached to IPOB by the Hausa-Fulani Government of Nigeria in hopes of excusing its ongoing genocide of Biafrans based exclusively on their religion or ethnicity. State governors in the five Biafran states in Nigeria are not independent actors, but puppets or quislings of Mr. Buhari.

The United States Government has denied that IPOB is a terrorist organization. It is not listed as such under United States law. No nation seriously considers IPOB to be anything other than a peaceful political group representing the political interests of a substantial part of Nigeria’s fifty million Biafrans.

In sum, Nnamdi Kanu, qualifies as a “Head of State” under the Convention. He is one of a group of IPOB leaders who perform the core government function in the South East region of Nigeria of protecting the physical safety of innocent civilian Biafrans from predation or murder by Hausa-Fulani terrorists. Mr. Kanu has been placed under the control of Nigeria’s Hausa-Fulani military. He is subject de facto to Nigerian martial law. He possesses lesser rights than a foreign diplomat in Nigeria. Mr. Kanu is a de facto foreigner in Nigeria and a Head of State in de facto foreign territory in the South East within the meaning of the Convention.

ofai:
What many people fail to acknowledge is that the pro-biafrans were once patriotic Nigerians. they once believed in a Nigeria where everyone had some sense of belonging. A Nigeria that will be just, fair and equitable regardless of religious and ethnic affiliations. 50 years of a failed post war national experiment is no more a joke. Its not funny.
Nigeria's mode of existence was negotiated between our founding fathers, NOT imposed. the patriotism of our founding fathers wasn't a blind one. they had their terms of national engagement. if Nigeria must work, it must be properly negotiated, nobody wants to settle for less. Everyone wants a fair deal.
Today people talk about Nigeria as though it is non negotiable. the foolish ones do much worse, they engage in blind patriotism. They see the sorry state of Nigeria as their fate, they would rather sink with the Titanic ship than find an escape route. They see the fraud and hypocrisy having a field day, yet they do little about it.
Sincerely fix the country, they won't. okay, some are willing to fix the system by negotiating Nigeria's mode of existence, they antagonize them. Now some want outright seperation, these blind patriots are calling for their heads. they are those who try to defeat a project before allowing it to operate.
I owe no allegiance to a country that is not ready to make things right for it's citizens. I owe no allegiance to a country that can't protect me. Some so called patriots will even readily drop their Nigeria for another country when given the opportunity. I owe no allegiance to a country whose leadership are bent on dividing the citizenry with their speeches, actions and inaction. There is so much brain drain in the country due to the fraud and hypocrisy in the system.
I don't believe in blind patriotism. if there is sincerity on the part of Nigerias leadership to fix Nigeria regardless of economic challenges, there won't be escalated agitations. A true patriot is not a blind patriot. NIGERIA wants blind patriotism. they won't get it from me.
If they don't restructure the faulty system, I won't settle for less. I will go for a whole new and carefully negotiated biafra. Thank you NNAMDI KANU for rising to the occasion.
Keep drumming commonsense into the skull of these dullards, their Nigeria have reduced them to subhuman specie.

Why will the civimillitary junta lead by Buhari intentionally want to destabilise our region.
Why the lack of common sense
There are peaceful discussions all over the world about self determination, why is Nigeria different.
Nigerians, you see how your country have been run since independent such that your infrastructure and basic amenities are comparable only to war torn regions or even worse.
In war ravaged Syria, Afghanistan, Iraq. They have better roads, pipe Bourne water, electricity, better telecommunications. Source; friends who are on UN mission.
