Actually, Kumuyi used to be against television very well. And then he changed.

See, back when Kumuyi was against TV, a lot of shows that could be considered immoral used to air on TV..immoral by Nigerian standards...and while some christians just switched off the tv when such shows came on....some like Kumuyi went a step further and removed TV completely.
