Ghana’s Tema Oil Refinery (TOR) has started exporting gasoline to Nigeria following an increased production
capacity from 45,000 metric tonnes to 60,000 tonnes.

This is one of the many strategies management of the company is putting in place to turn its fortunes around. It comes on the back of some challenges the refinery has faced in the recent past years,
some of which include the shutting down of its Residual Fuel Catalytic Cracking (RFCC) unit for repairs.
Under a new management, the refinery seems to be making some impressive
improvements including a successful processing of two million barrels of crude oil within three months with a corresponding financial balance of 2 million dollars.This means the refinery has
bagged over two million dollars out of two million barrels of crude oil, they secured and refined within a period of three months. Managing Director of the
refinery, Kingsley Kwame Awuah Darko in an interview with TV3 said the revamped
refinery is on its way to become the most valuable national asset as operations
have not been halted, since January this year. In October 2015, the Chief Executive of TOR, Kingsley Kwame Awuah-Darko, revealed that the staff of the company
had agreed to forgo their November salaries to help revamp the fortunes of the
company.
The measure saved the company about GHȼ 3.8 million and contributed to the
revamping of processes.Mr. Awuah-Darko said they were working around the clock
to ensure that TOR resumes it's full production of petroleum products by June 2016.

Thank u. It's a very rough and sad ending really wish it could be matured and cordial. Tried to still let her know what she did wrong but it ended up in an unresolved argument. I guess the time to argue is over. I tried to ask for her to give meaning to the post. But we kept going in circles. Very sad

hello nairalanders, its with a heavy heart that I type this but I will try to be descriptive as possible.

I got a lady am in love with, we have been dating for some months now, we started off on a good note, but along the line , I started to notice a lot of attitudes.
she was a bit demanding and frequently complaining about issues. she complains about some of my attitudes but does not give a listening ear when i try to tell her about hers.I still rendered my full support and show that I love and care. was a listening ear, and companion. i stayed committed through it all.
she always complain that I don't tell her things ,but the truth is that I do ,and majority of the times when I tell her, her attitude and response is not encouraging and uplifting.
breeze into the new year , I came over to her crib. she was not feeling too well .and in the process of our discussion, I asked her what are her plans for the two of us. she told me its between she and her God.
I gave much respect to that but kept my fingers crossed. as she went out of the room. I decided to lie down on the bed. just beside me was a paper and it was written in it .prayer request. I looked through the page without any negative intent. to my surprise there was not one prayer request for me or us..
what even baffled me was when I read that she want god to reveal her husband and they get married this year,and that lord knows she wants a tall and handsome man. she is taller than me and am not ready for marriage this year. so its evident I am definitely not the guy in the description.
I was sad and surprised , pondered on the issues through the whole day. but I did not tell her until the next day. I proposed that we go off cos its glaring as to what she wants. but she didn't take it lightly .saying that she never had it in mind to do such that its me. and that she still got plans .of which am to help with. now she is accusing me of reading her prayer request that I am very wicked.
I did it with a clear intention until I found put.
am I wrong for doing so and knowing the truth? am I being played and used for the moment? a lot of things I want to know. pls I need to know your views on this.
