if u follow nysc forum chart on their facebook account sometime last week ,two personel ,one is the director of ict ,they were responding to questions from pcm of which one it was about doing early registration to get a desire state of choice subsequently,they said early reg is not a yardstick for state selection and that states are given base on random selection.This means u can reg early and get undsire place. For further clerification log on to nysc main fb its there for the record.
