After waiting n observing for more than 6 months, I get to finally talk here. I told my God that I will only talk on this thread after I must have gotten my final successful mail. Awesomely, my God has granted that. As a matter of fact, He says ...Tis the beginning, can you imagine!!!

Beyond all odds, doubts, fears, skipping of heart beats, per second checking of mail, God finally established the new season of overflow. He's made it evident by starting with this!

Ds thread just got funny n lively again. Evendoh I dnt lik commenting except its necessary n wen I feel odas shud be equipped wv info; I feel moved to share my mind wv d house tonyt on a casual note.

Its bn fun n wl continue to be fun, having ppl going thru d sam situation evendoh dey r @ som distance, som ph/abj. Ok..well, to all of u hopefuls, I tink one lesson here is to learn aw to solve a problem wv God's leading and not just complain. Most of u were nt man enuf to even make a call through the helpline to ask for info.

Anyways, since I dint get a mail, I thought it good to visit HRdept today rather than kill myself in waiting. I know most ppl want immediate solution to d long wait which lasted every second.

So, here's the info...
I meant wv d guys in charge of the whole process, and they said they ranked people on a scale of 1-100. That d first 50 were those who got the mail for medicals now. The next lower 50, wl b sent a mail on friday for a waiting list.
They said since the facility they v provided can't accommodate all, they wl have to put others on wait. Now, here's a clause....the waiting guys MIGHT be considered where n when necessary facilities n provisions hv bn made for them n if they r bn needed. That is more or less verbatim, the way he said it. Note the word MIGHT. He said its nt a definite thing. But I bliv he's just bn modest wv his words.
He then added that the last category r others who will be considered out of the whole program. I pray we don't fall here oooo.
He said this recent batch wl all be accommodated, lagosian or nt.

But wot I dint ask him was that....was d rating based on just d ed session or a cumulative of previous stages. Well, whatever be the case, I hope d friday mail comes in as a compensation for all d pressure wv gone thru frm test stg till now. Cnt forget d scorching sun on d test day, d prayers n all d efforts. God wl help us crown it all ooo....somebody say Amen.

Come to think of it, it is so unfair for u to allow loads of candidates to pass through penultimate stages and reach the final and then u wanna use that stage as a way of screening out many people. Afterall, twas just a 2 minute chat with a lady.

I don't think that's a good way of human resourcing. Moreso, ppl should be allowed to knw dier status in good time. All the suspense we r being subjected to is traumatising. Atimes, u tink I'm I gonna go gaggar, if I lose ds 1 opportunity again!

So d update is dah, we wl all get a feedback frm hrtg as regards d decision on each individual's performance bfo ds wk runs out; whether u got d so much hyped mail or not. Carpish...

That bn said, I must say ppl on ds thread just postulate theories anyhow based on dier individual opinion nd present it as it if it were one acclaimed fact frm heaven. Thus, raising ppls tension n causing an uncalled pandemonium for ppl's psyche.

People once came on d thread n said dey called ppl in alphabetical order n all dat, all of which were wrong. The bad side is dey said it confidently.
