Update

I started building a 4 bedroom bungalow in February this year. It is located at Ologuneru area of ibadan.
I live in the UK but I have a trustworthy friend who is helping to oversee the project. I’ll post pictures of when we started and where we are today. Criticisms and suggestions are welcome.

Thanks for your input. No I do not like that design. That looks like a proper duplex or a storey building.

I just bought a 1.5 plot of land in ologuneru area of Ibadan. I am new to property market and based in the UK. I want to build a 5 bedroom bungalow with penthouse in the front and 2 or 3 bedroom at the back. I am looking for house design and approximately how much it will cost to complete the 5 bedroom.
