In Africa, that's a tradition for the second hand foreign clothes.

My own curiosity is, if we have Tailors that are sewing our native wear which they look glamorous, why can't those tailors start buying whatever materials they are using for the foreign clothes and start producing it here.

The shoe makers are well, why should we still be spending extra in getting foreign shoes when we have creative shoe makers across Nigeria?

It’s expensive for Nigerians,the cost of second hand cloth is way cheaper than employing a tailor to make one for you….
