Sorry to be harsh on you but you're talking trash grin. NUPRC recruited last year and this year. NMDPRA's members of staff even received one huge allowance 3months ago. Kindly verify the info you're sharing please 🙏
Thank you.

Most people working in organization have a habit of downgrading there salary and allowances so people won't ask them about it. But the truth is they are collecting CVs and they package is extremely good. Don't let anyone deceive you.
Thanks. I don't have to engage him further. You have saved me the stress. DPR (now NUPRC) used to be on IPPIS but left. I have never heard of any self-funded agency that has poor pay. If anything, an increment was effected sometime in late 2021.

You can message me.. I can't disclose the salary & allowances of NUPRC package here.. The Eagle's eye on the other thread told me to be careful on the information I pass across especially salary & other confidential information.

I pray you make a good choice and God will favour you greatly this season
Done Sir. Amen to your prayers. May great doors open for you too before this year runs out by God's grace.

Nothing happening about NUPRC APL. Last week i was in NNPCL TOWERS. MY connect said Defunct NNPC'S process of issuing APL is different from that of NNPCL. he said i have to be patient and keep praying.
Thank you for the update. I am more concerned about the remuneration than whether anything is going on there.
I have followed this particular connect painstakingly for 3 years non-stop because I know his capacity as far as Nigeria exists. If this man calls Engr. Komolafe or Amb. Abubakar, na only God fit make me no get the appointment.
Also, I "know" that NUPRC will soon recruit and I know NIA will add a few more to the recent intakes. I know my sources. Thank you brother again for the update.

NUPRC may give you money but NIA will give you information. And you know, what they say about information. Knowledge is power.
NIA too will give money, Trust me.
I just want to know which is more.

I’m sorry I don’t know the answer to your question. But whichever one you decide to go for, can you connect me to the one you don’t want? 🥴😄
Sir, the person helping me just asked me to choose a place I want. I can't make other requests. I have been following him since 2020 on this job matter. He only just decided to give a listening ear and thankfully, he is influential enough to make it happen.
As a matter of fact, I am a level 12 officer in one of the ministries. So I am actually pursuing a transfer of service so I don't lose all my years of work.
The two places on my mind are NUPRC/NMDPRA or NIA.
I grouped NUPRC and NMDPRA together because I believe they share similar pay packages. However, I have friends in NIA and I know they pay the most among all security agencies. I would love to work with NUPRC or NMDPRA based on my work experience but I am enticed with what NIA offers. So I just want to be sure what NUPRC pays to make a final decision.

Pls go for, NUPRC.. U will swim in milllions... Congratulations in advance. Pls give me NIA
Thanks for the advice. I need a very detailed information about NUPRC pay. I have adequate info about NIA remuneration so I wanted to know if NUPRC could beat what they offer especially since I might prefer the nature of work at NUPRC compared to NIA.

Hello guys,

Please between NUPRC and NIA, who has an overall better pay package?

An opportunity is before me and I need to make an informed decision.

Any insight or information will be appreciated. Thank you

good...u can sure them if thats ur best option because our hospitals jus keep failing us...ur story gave me memories of wat happened 5yrs bk on the 27th of may...sori if its a bit long and i'm derailing bt jus felt lyk sharing...
....it was on a rainy afternoon n i was on my way back home from a cyber café after finished printing some of my results and other documents that may be needed when i travel to continue my studies because i jus got admission in a state uni bk den and suddenly i heard a loud bang behind and was shocked when i turned and saw a kid between 5-7yrs of age lieing on the floor unconsiously on the other side of the road n he was knocked while tryin to cross the road by a dark blue camry that also swerved and parked casually near a nepa poll n almost hit the poll bt it didnt...immediately i rushed to d kid n saw him in a pool of blood n deep cut on his head bt he was still moving his hands n feet..d driver also came around n a few people gathered bcoz the street was scanty n they suggested we rushed him to a nearby private hospital around apapa syd...we did so using the guy's car n wen we got thier they accepted the kid n did stop the bleeding n dress d wound n gave him painkillers n sleeping pills after the guy av paid 5k n de asked for 45k to begin treatment dt they nid to do some scanning n stitching...d guy said he dat less cash on him n same with me n we pleaded they begin treatment n we go get d kid parents n come bk with d cash...we bk to d scene n asked every one abt the kids parents n nobody seems to kno him around n we dnt av time, d guy suggested dt i add moni to his n we pay n save his life n wen the kid is alright we can trace him n i get my refund bk n i agreed...i transferred 15k out of my 20k dt av saved for my acceptance fee n we headed to d hospital n he said he would see d doctor in his office n do a transfer to d doc or d hospital acc while me i went to check on the boy only to find out dt that idiot ran away with d money not tinking abt d life of the child( people ar really heartless)...d doc said d only option is to go get d boys parent bcoz of the financial issue n i went bk searching n finally saw his sister dt av came looking for him after his delay on d mssg dey sent him n togeda wit his dad we rush bk to d hospital bt d boy had passed on due to internal bleeding n complications...was very angry n i cried badly n very sad, down n depressed all through dt year bcoz so many tinz happened after dt may27th dt changed by life..
.1..cnt stop tinking dt d world just lose a young life bcoz of anoda human selfishness n made me to jus hate life itself..
2...lost dt admission bcoz i cudnt comeup wit dt 15k in d space of a month, was down n always indoors all days crying n even aving night mares wen i do sleep..
3...d worst is dt d boy parents n some peps also blamed me 4 his death 4 dier stupid reasons n i jus stop helping people even if u are in d point of death..
continue to r.i.p young bayo..i kno u left in a harsh way bt i kno you would be enjoying d afterlife....dis world is full of wickedness...
bro, this story gave me goosebumps. Please don't let that event stop you from doing good. I'm sure you later got admission and you are doing better now than in 2015. God will definitely reward your kind deeds and as for that wicked man, he will meet his own trouble
someday. God bless you

That phrase about collective poverty is what struck me to reply. Guy, relocate to Canada fast. Stop wasting your destiny. People earn as high as over N1M monthly in Nigeria and they are relocating. It’s not all about money. Relocate fast!
That phrase got me too.....thanks bro

OP I believe you have some low self esteem. My monthly net pay is over 400K and yet I feel grossly underpaid and cash-strapped. I'm in my early 30s and single. Maybe you have other means to supplement your income, but I can't understand how a person with your qualifications would feel okay with the salary amount you just mentioned. I understand that consistently earning a paltry sum can make you adjust your earning potential negatively, but you have the opportunity to make something of yourself and earn real income that can make you save something substantial by the time you're 40. All you need is hardwork and focus. Do not miss it.

Bro, I do not feel okay with my current income. That's why I am trying to switch jobs or consider migrating. Low self-esteem? Maybe, but I don't think I suffer such or have any reason to. Sometimes, we need to leave our comfort zone to know that other people are doing far better out there. I'm glad that this forum gives me an opportunity to interact with great minds like yours. I have decided to opt for migration.

This is good , id advise you to join your sibling in alberta. Calgary has one of the softest landing for nigerians. As most nigerians there are the proper ones and housing and cost of living is cheap.

Do you have a degree? if so thats good, look here for jobs. But i wouldnt stay with my siblings for too long to the sooner u plan the better.

I would keep that abj land dont loose ur naija roots , forget what every one is saying you will regret it. The nigerians that are doing well are bi coastal. Coming to nigeria sometimes puts canada is perspective and vice versa. You will miss the simple things of naija dearly

Set around a year or a year and 6 months depending on if u need to go to school or not. This is a reasonable time to become fully settled. Good luck.
This is really educative. Thanks for the precision and succint points you made. I will surely keep this in mind. Thank you so much

i think you can have both my broad. you will be surprised...when you scratch the surface small.....to know that more than quite a handful of naijas..even in civil service have dual citizenship.
with the global covid19 lockdown though, I believe all such moves are 'on hold' for now.
las las...i recommend you keep working on the Nigerian opportunity while at the same time keeping eye on the Canada opportunity....which is only likely to open when the global lockdown is eased....and what's more, the process is not moinmoin....it takes months if not years to emigrate legally....unless you want to land there as 'stoway' in which case you would have made up your mind to put away all your bukuru certificates/experience and start as a cabbie or farmhand and begin to work your way up with or without your siblings social/palliative support.
I love your point of view especially the idea of killing two birds with one stone. Thanks bro.
