Last week they really upset me.
They just debited me 1k for VISA card I didn't apply for. Immediately, I called their customer care line, the guy was trying to speak grammar. I change am for am.
I told him, you guys should return my money before I swear for all of una. And I hung up.. Lol..
Within 24hrs they credited my account back.

I never had this kind of unauthorized debit issues with diamond Bank but ever since they took over, na so.
