Hi, I found this piece and I considered it great in correcting some of the myth some people have against egg consumption. Few foods are more vilified than the humble egg. For decades, health authorities warned us that their yolks were packed with harmful dietary cholesterol, and recommended that we only eat three or four whole eggs a week. [img][/img] In recent years, however, new scientific studies have revealed that eggs don’t dramatically raise blood cholesterol levels, or increase the risk for heart disease or stroke. In fact, they actually boast multiple health benefits. Here are seven ways the fragile treats do your body good: 1. EGGS ARE PACKED WITH PROTEIN. One whole egg contains a whopping 6 grams of protein, along with nine essential amino acids—the building blocks of protein—that the body can’t produce on its own. Because of this, eggs are known as a “complete protein.” Since experts advise that men eat at least 56 grams of protein daily and women consume least 46 grams per day, eating an egg-based meal can help you easily reach your recommended intake. 2. EGGS ARE A GREAT SOURCE OF HEALTHY FATS. One large egg contains less than 5 total grams of fat. About 3 of these come from monounsaturated and polyunsaturated fats, which are good for your heart and may help lower your risk of type 2 diabetes by regulating your insulin levels. 3. EGGS ARE FILLED WITH ESSENTIAL VITAMINS … One large egg contains a wide assortment of your recommended daily vitamins, including Vitamin B12 (which affects your brain and nervous system functions and blood formation), Vitamin D (bone health), and Vitamin A (growth and eye health). 4. … AND MINERALS. Eggs contain several minerals that are hard to find in other foods, including iron, which helps your body produce hemoglobin, and selenium, which is important in reproduction, thyroid gland function, DNA production, and protecting the body from free radicals and infection. 5. EGGS CONTAIN ANTIOXIDANTS. Egg yolks contain tryptophan and tyrosine, two amino acids that have high antioxidant properties, and may help in the prevention of cardiovascular disease and cancer. They also boast lutein and zeaxanthin, antioxidants that help protect your eyes. 6. EGGS ARE A FILLING FOOD. Thanks to their healthy fats and proteins, eggs sate your appetite and help you stay full longer. As a result, studies show that people who eat eggs for breakfast are likely to consume fewer calories during other meals, and therefore may lose weight. 7. EGGS ARE LOW IN CALORIES. One large egg has around 78 calories. If you eat two of them for breakfast, that’s around 160 calories—way fewer than a plain, medium bagel, which contains around 270 calories. Source: http://mentalfloss.com/article/80162/7-ways-eating-eggs-can-make-you-healthier Finally, it is with many infallible proofs that eggs in itself do not raise the blood cholesterol, but the things that will add to eggs while consuming it. Thank you. Cc Lala, Ishilove

Although you did not indicate your academic background. Being a graduate of agriculture or animal science would afford you a better understanding of the either the poultry or fish farming. However, looking at your current capital, I WILL ADVICE YOU NOT TO GO INTO ACTUAL FARMING OF EITHER POULTRY OR FISH. RATHER, PROCESS AND MARKET THE PRODUCTS. Work as a link between the actual producers farmers and the consumers. That way you would be at lesser risk with your limited fund compare being in actual production. Take my email and let talk privately. Don't allow anyone to deceive into actual production now. Neither Poultry nor fish farming is a money-doubling enterprise. Check this website www.animalcare-ng.com That's my model of what you can achieve if you take my advice. |

Thank you
A fish farm or fish based business could easily generate a good amount of money. Even if you are not a traditional fish farmer, you could easily make a steady income from your home, using aquaculture fish farming techniques. Fish is increasingly becoming more popular as a source of protein, and it could easily feed a small family with little cost or overheads. There are also other benefits of fish farming. Starting your own business Starting any kind of business needs knowledge and experience in the related field. If you are new to the fishing business, it might be a good idea to start small and gather experience as you progress. Managing a business requires many of the administrative skills, be it fish farming or any other business. It also means that you will not have a boss to give you directions and you will have to make decisions on your own, or with your partners. Your first step - gain knowledge To start your own in the aquaculture fish industry, you must first learn all about fish farming. Learning about fish farms will prepare you to make educated decisions. Visit some of the fish farms in your locality or meet with people just like you who have entered the fish industry. The internet is vast source of knowledge. Consider signing up for classes visit webinars and such, if you can, to gather more information about the business. Every business has its own challenges, and you should do whatever it takes to gain firsthand knowledge about the business. Taking a part time job at local fishery might also give you hands on experience. Set your goals Setting your goals before you start your business is very important at the beginning of your venture. You should know exactly what you are going to produce, in what amounts, how many people you will need, how much money you will spend, and how much profit you can expect from your business. This would be the first step for you towards making a business plan. Preparing a business plan will allow you to incorporate your business, get necessary government documents or licensing. You will also need a business plan to get funding from a bank or get investors. Analyze your market Once you know what your options are and how much money you need, the next step should be analyzing your target market. Who are your buyers? What type of fish is most profitable? How much can you supply? Have you contacted anyone for your special needs or in case an emergency arises? Have you considered all expenses associated with your business? You need to think all these through. Setup your business Since you want to start small, you can setup a fishing pond right in your backyard. It is also possible to raise fish in a fish tank in your garage or indoors. You can easily get all the supplies you need to set up your small fish farm and start fish farming. If you have buyers ready or know that you can easily sell your fish, make your fishing pond or tank big enough to make enough production.

The accident was more gruisome than what the earlier person posted. The accident was caused by wrongfull overtaking and impatience according to FRSC personnel. Ajumose (oyo state mass transit bus) bus was one of the vehicles invovled, the driver and the two front passangers were still stucked dead in the wreckage of the bus as at the time I passed the scene of the accident.
