Hmm. MPT is their entry level to practice physiotherapy. So I don't know what you mean by doing any course before practice. Why not read requirements very well to know how to channel your resources. I don't think you need a credential evaluation.
I agree with your submission, however, I enquired from universities in Canada yrs back and was advised to apply for MPT which I saw as a waste of time ( so for me I regard MPT as pre-msc for a foreign trained PT) that's why I decided to go for my masters in kinesiology. However I believe getting MSC physiotherapy admission in Canada is competitive hence my decision in advising physiotherapists to apply for less competitive masters programs thereafter integrate themselves into the system.

Admission Requirements

Applicants require an accredited bachelor’s degree in any area of study, with a minimum grade point average of 3.25 in the last 60 credit hours of university-level courses.

See the Department website for full admission requirements. All applicants must also meet the minimum admission requirements of the Faculty of Graduate Studies ( culled from university of manitoba site.)

-wots meaning of that grading?
I don't really know much abt Manitoba, but if you meet the admission requirements good for you.
Grading means ur cgpa...., .....don't really know how the conversion is done to naija grade, but if you have 2:1, you don't need to worry ursef.

- It depend on wot i want? i want to do MSC .

-Salary: am already aware that it varies with province. wot am asking is, hw lucrative are each fields averagely for PTs dat are practicing in canada. for example i hrd in australia, sport physiotherapy is very lucrative because they do lots of contact sports.

-On MSC; i already had degree here. I want to enroll for Msc straight.this is my 1st time of hearing that they dont allow direct MSC for foreign students. how many year is pre-msc.

- where did u do your degree?
-Salary: Canada don't pay by specialization , u will only get paid as a PT.
As regard the MSC stuff, I Neva said you can't do direct MSC in Canada with ur degree, I only said you can be admitted directly for MSC physiotherapy. U can prove me wrong by checking out schs that offer MSC physiotherapy in Canada. some schs will even tell you get licensed before been admitted.
I guess I answered ur question.

Nice bro. I av a brother in winnipeg, mannitoba. If my own work tru, i will 1st stay in winnipeg b4 anytin else. I finisshd frm OAU. Am doing ielts next mnth. After dat wot do i need to do? Frm ur own finding frm dat environment. Wc area is most lucrative in canada?i mean Geriatric, paediatric, women's hlth, sport, ortho, neuro or palliatv. Dat will av role in my course for PG
it all depend on what you want. physiotherapist salary varies from province to province, depending on where you find ursef. Do you intend to come for ur graduate program?, if yes, you have to follow the sch admission requirements. Furthermore, I don't think you can do direct MSC physiotherapy in Canada, you have to go thru pre MSC , so the best thing is to do pgp relevant to Physio and start preparing for licensure exam .

For those dat got admission into MUN for masters, I want to know if securing a supervisor is a must for those going for thesis route before they can be considered for admission.
It is important cos it will facilitate ur admission.

your visa was issued on 2nd September, does it mean you can then travel the next week being 13th of Sept, or you have to wait till Jan before you travel....
. Since my program starts in jan 2015, it doesn't make sense travelling in september, however I'm presently working so i don't have to abandon my work for now. * Remember I have stated this in my form when appllying for trv and if I leave in sep it will raise a red flag at POE*.

OK, Thanks so much
canadian embassy don't postdate visa, the date the visa is approved is on the visa, buh they will issue trv that covers the length of ur study, e.g my trv was issued on the 2nd of sep and I'm to resume on 6th of jan 2015.
