Hello Everyone,

I am writing here for the first time, i don't know how to feel about this because i a very private person but since the death of my husband i had to wake up everyday to sadness. I never knew the extent of pain people feel when they lose their loved ones until now. I cant even concentrate on anything else and his family are making things difficult for themselves already.

I'm so young and with a 2 year old daughter, i just hope God help me scale through this storm. I'll come here to update this page as things unfold.

The story
My husband is a very kind man, he is way older than I am because he was a divorcee , ultimately he loved God and was very prayerful, I’ve known him for over seven years but we got married 4years ago and legalized the marriage in 2022.
He has 5 children plus my two years old makes 6, tbh my husband is a very wonderful man and I doubt if men like him still exist. He holds my hands in middle of the night praying for me and my baby, he loved me sincerely. He met me in 100level and waited till I finished school. Anyways after I had a baby he said he wanted me to go to Canada to further my studies. I didn’t want to go because I was thinking of how he would cope without me, he promised to come every quarter and assured me it was for the best.

I left Nigeria in 2023 (April) , his last visit was January 2024, he was preparing to come again in September, however, I got the news of his death July 17th 2024. My whole world came crashing. I didn’t believe it, why did God give me such a wonderful man only to take him away from me suddenly.

For clarity purpose, it’s important to state that he has six children including mine

First child (female) married and resides in Australia
My husband told me that her mother (woman A) had walked out of the marriage because he was poor, saying “she wouldn’t sit down with him in poverty” . They never had a legal marriage. So Woman A left to marry another man.


Woman B, legally married him had four children (two males and two females), I didn’t hear her side of the story and out of respect for her, I’ll just say irreconcilable differences, he decided he couldn’t move on with her and he divorced her. He however left her in their matrimonial house and left her with the water factory which she was running, although he didn’t hand over the documents


I am woman C.

I came home for the funeral, but before I could make it home , Woman A’s daughter has gotten home, gone to my matrimonial home and cleared all documents.

Please note that , no one ever lived with my husband and I in the house apart from my younger brother, Woman A daughter has also never visited the house.

My husband was into properties and he has two schools also (primary and secondary in different locations) .
Durning my stay in Nigeria, Woman A’s daughter (lady A) has conducted herself like a kind person , although I saw red flags but in my state of grief I didn’t think much about them, from Fighting for my husband’s phones , to taking away his SUV, changing security guards at the gate etc. I honestly didn’t see her as a greedy person.

I came back to Canada that same week, she already brought in some lawyers who will handle letter of Administration and help oversee estate matters. Myself and all the children were on the same page till lady A said she wanted to be the sole signatory to the schools account.

I disagreed and suggested that three of us (myself, Lady A and one of woman B children) should sign concurrently alongside on all transactions.

Lady A was so adamant about the signatory issue that she started to throw shades and subtle insults , I stood my ground and it took her lawyer’s intervention before she agreed. Since then I have become lady As enemy.

Guess what?
Lady A in recent development had instructed the security that no one should enter into my matrimonial home without her permission, I sent my brother there on two occasions and he was denied access, I can’t imagine seeking the permission of lady A who is in Australia in her husbands house before entering my own husbands house, a place she has never lived in or visited!! I don’t want this to lead to legal suits here and there, but these people are not so gentle and peaceful, I paid my dues in that house it was uncompleted when I married my husband and I contributed in my own way.
I am not greedy and I’m willing to meet everyone in middle but Nigerians are so terrible, she is in Australia and she knows no one can do these nonsense abroad but they take advantage of gentility.

4. As a church member, yes, you can support your church financially but not with tithe.
5. You don't use force or putting fears into your members to pay tithe or any financial support.

7. If you're actually a Christ follower, you must do away with law for He is NOT law.
8. Tithe is meant for 5 categories of people viz:
i The Levites
ii The widows
iii The fatherless
iv The tither and his family
v The strangers.

Young Man, Let me make it clear to you guys here.
If you finish from NMS there are three things involved, which you must get yourself into:
1. Get admitted into NDA as an Officer Cadet (Very Competitive).
2. Accept to Continue with the Army but as a Pvt Soldier.
3. Proceed with your normal Civil life.

Where some of you get it wrong is No. 3
Once you choose No. 3 yes you are an Ex boy.
Remember as an "Ex-boy" you remain an Ambassador NMS anywhere.
You can still join the Military fully if you want by applying along with Civilians because you are now among them but very distinguished. Which implies you still have higher chances.

For instance as an ex boy your plan is to join the military as a graduate but you didn't get admission into NDA because of its competitiveness. You can goto any civil tertiary Institution. As a graduate of any civil tertiary Institution you are expected to get Nysc discharge or exemption cert.

In that case as an Ex boy once you're not more than 30 years as at time of Graduation from the civil tertiary Institution you must serve Nigeria through NYSC one year compulsory Service.
Having gone through NMS is not an automatic criteria for Discharge Certificate unless you are above 30years as an ex boy after graduation from tertiary Institution.

It's only those that are into full service in the military, paramilitary, police, etc that are exempted from going to Nysc. If you are an Ex-boy and you feel you are too big to go for NYSC then you are wrong.

If you apply for exemption certificate while filling nysc form with your NMS number then you are also wrong, though you might be given the exemption by mistake as it's generated online NYSC because you applied for it (that is if there's no verification for exemption but if there's verification you won't get exemption). And you will still face challenges later. Because you got it wrong.

NMS is a military secondary school it's very rigorous, core military trainings are involved. You go for range and other bush exercises. Your parent must Sign consent form before you could join NMS.

Section 11 of the NYSC act did not exclude NMS exboys from Serving.
Because NMS is not a Military Tertiary Institution but rather a Military School (Secondary).

All this implies that as an Ex-boy Solider of NMS(Army) you are expected to go for NYSC. Same applies to
Ex-boy Solders of (Airforce and Navy Military Schools).

Most slaves were mainly prisioners of the many wars that were fought between tribes in NIgeria in the precolonial times...when there was no such polity as Nigeria....or even things like Yorubaland, hausaland and igboland. A tribe or even a group of people from another tribe could capture and conquer another locality, sometimes people speaking the same language, and take them as captives and sell them to slave traders. As for slavery ending, it was done by the British, when they stopped slave ships from procceding, and freed slaves...or when colonies like Nigeria were set up, this usually was followed by slavery being outlawed by the new authorites.


By the way, in 1812 or thereabouts, a slave was taken from the southwest. AM sure you would say his destiny was taken. Well.....the ship he was in was stopped by a British patrol. He was taken to Sierra leone where he got an education, and became a cleric. He eventually found his way back home, and found his mother and sister. His name was Samuel AJayi Crowther. So much for destiny.

Also many slaves recalled where they came from. Another example was a man by the name of Scipio Vaughan...who came from the Southwst. He was taken as a slave, and sent to the USA. When he died in 1861, before his death, he told his sons where he came from. His two eldest sons returned to Africa...one settled in LIberia, the other settled in his father's ancestral land here in Nigeria.

Solar panels efficiency depends on so many factors not just design alone. Factors like dusts settlem , and type of materials etc. Can you afford a very high efficient solar panel that may cost as much as more than your building?
