Thanks you for this information. I thought it is passport that will be issued for naturalisation/citizenship?

After ILR, it's naturalisation/citizenship. I applied online in July and had my biometrics yesterday. If your ILR is SET(M), then you can apply for naturalisation immediately your ILR is approved. It requires a lot less documentation than ILR just that you need 2 referees.
