In as much as I do not support the ongoing demolition and apparently forced homelessness, Gov. Ambode cannot be summoned to appear in court. He can't be sued to begin with. No thanks to the bloody immunity clause. He should at least send a representative to appear on his behalf. That's what I expected him to do because his side of the story should be heard.

All other government officials should move their asses to court.
