Tinubu can only rig where opposition sleeps. How many you want kill. Let him rig Anambra or Kano in 2027 let's see. You get 31 governors and you still want only you on the ballot.

Shut down the government and if the druggie does otherwise, form a parallel government. We don't want military to take over but what is a democratic system when opposition is systematically killed? We need a fair contest and we have many positions to fill up other than presidency. Free and fair contest doesn't mean Tinubu or Obi will win. It's healthy for our growth as a nation. A fair contest brought Otti to power and we want a fair contest to produce both APC and ADC governors in the future

This is what we have been asking for. It is operation rig and die. They're taking advantage of his quiet nature and there are limits to how much a person can take. This man has huge followers and only a tweet from him would have shut down this country during the last election but he didn't allow emotions over logic. Millions of Nigerians say enough is enough.

Nigeria doesn't have the infrastructure for that yet. And I still maintain my stand that you want to hack the system to the advantage of your principal.
You just confirmed how daft you are. Hack and upload different results in over 176k booths across the country in less than 24 hours? These are not figures but upload of results to the server with the Bivas. Collation will still be done with the manual results and IREV is only to check where we have disputes between what was declared at the booths and what was declared at the collation center. You hold the key to the treasury, you have 30+ governors and still afraid of a guy who doesn't have any state resources. The joke is on you.

Back to the point.
Let me oblige without conceding that the environment has developed positively. What about other environments that are worse that are worse than that? Should we neglect those ones too?

No Be Juju Be Dat?
The mistake most blacks make is to think about today and forget about tomorrow. At the moment, all of you are fixated on the fear of losing election at the federal level. Sustainable development is about not cutting off the future for today. E transmission doesn't mean Tinubu will lose. Even if he does or doesn't, we have states, and federal elections. We have elections where Igbos are contesting against Igbos and Yorubas against Yorubas. APC is not your home. Almost all the past crooks are back to APC from PDP and many will still cross to the "new heavens" tomorrow. Yaradua publicly admitted that the election that brought him to power was marred by irregularities and started the electoral reform immediately. That's what good leaders do. This power doesn't stay constant. The constant thing should be the development of the country.
Back to his excuse and your excuse. There are areas you need to cross water to conduct election in Nigeria. Have we cancelled the booths there because of bad or no roads? It's like saying because some students are not computer literates we should not do computer based tests. The shout for reform, restructuring have died and I hope you don't pick up the slogan again after 2027 or 2031. It's not even as if the manual will be jettisoned. The collation will still be done with the manual copy and the real time, just like Bivas is to verify that the numbers at the pooling booths are the same at the collation center where most of these criminals (that do not care for you and I) do their dirty magic. Grow up!

Empty as usual. Infact I would have been surprised to see a sensible comment from you. E transmission is not E voting. You finish normal voting, snap and transfer to IREV and submit hardcopy of results. This is to ensure votes results do not get manipulated. Any dispute with physical result will be checked with the one online. Obi you hate so much will not be on ballot forever. This is not about party or individuals but for the collective good of Nigerians except foxls like you.

Another way is to write US embassy and tag them online.
PoliticsRe: Obidients Plan Protest At National Assembly by Tbagwell80: 9:38am On Feb 06
This is the only way to go. We must think beyond this election or because your person is currently in power. Presidency is not the only position being contested for. We have other elections and the only way to hold these people accountable is through a credible election. We need a strong election so that only the majority will have their way through a free and fair contest. Free and fair doesn't mean that Obi or Atiku or opposition must win. It's a way to put who ever wins in check.

Occupy national assembly until the right thing is done.

Why must the court always declare winners when we can get it right through proper legislation.
E transmission must be mandatory. We can't say because network is not in 5% of areas and put 95% other area at the evil hands of manipulators.

But when you were asked to provide evidence none was provided.

As LP said " PDP agents told us that we won Lagos by at least 5 million votes more than was reported" yet nobody who voted in Lagos has said the result on INEC irev portal is different to the ones announced at their polling unit that was recorded on their phones.

Maybe when you lie to yourself so many times you will believe it
Why was the IREV switched off? Why did it work for other elections and failed in presidency? Prove what exactly, you want to prove an already decided case in Nigeria. You also need proof for the rewriting in Rivers state and Lagos state. The funny thing is that we all suffer this together. PDP did that and people clapped. The gains we witnessed from Yaradua and to some extent Buhari has been washed off by this power drunk drug Lord.

LegendHero:
How did Atiku won Osun if not for Adeleke?

How did Tinubu won Benue if not for Father Alia?

How did Atiku won Bayelsa and Akwa Ibom if not for the governors?

How did Tinubu won all the states he won in the North if not for the governors?

Stop using SE to judge, Obi is the closest thing they have to presidency with momentum so they would naturally vote him. Also, SE governors don’t actually work for Tinubu in 2023, how do you explain them winning their own elections massively and Tinubu losing with over 99%.

No sane person on earth can say Governors don’t matter especially when the governor is a grassroots person and truly supported you with all his arsenal.

Sanwoolu slack in Lagos in 2023 and was caught unaware. That’s why he fixed it during the governorship and APC won over 65% of the votes.

Let 20 governors leave APC today and see how Tinubu will lose massively ate the polls.
I never said they don't matter. I said it does not literally translate to winning that state. If it works that way, that means Tinubu has won 30 states? If it works that way, GEJ wouldn't have lost. Politics is local and I said if he doesn't get to massive rigging like what happened in rivers state. State election is different from presidential election. Sanwo had to do one of the most shameful thing in modern democracy to win even though Rhodes wasn't a match to him. I particularly mentioned massive rigging and full support and collaboration of the coalition. Some popular governors will win for him. He won Benue even when Ortom was against him and in opposition. This confirms my statement. He rode on the popularity of Alia who wasn't a governor then. In Osun, Tinubu wasn't popular, Obi wasn't popular and Atiku rode on the wings of the popular Adeleke. If you remove massive rigging (I don't regard vote buying as one) and conduct election 10x in Rivers state, Obi will win. Same with Edo and Delta. Even if Abba joins APC today and Kwankwaso is in opposition, Tinubu can't win the state. The governor will get him some votes but won't win it for him. So the major factor is popularity of the governor and how strong opposition is in the state.

PoliticsRe: 'No Shaking": Ex Gov Jonah Jang On Mutfwang’s Resignation From PDP by Tbagwell80: 1:56am On Jan 05
I tell people that politics is local. Unless Tinubu decides to do massive rigging, nothing would save him that day. You can only rig swing states where there is no strong force against you. Having a governor does not literally translate to winning that state. Obi had no councilor but won 11 states. Wike had his way because people like Amaechi didn't show interest and Obi didn't prepare for such. Forget the super man they make Tinubu look like. It's always a different game on election day. Even as Hope is in APC, if Tinubu sees 25% in Imo state I will say he tried. People will approach this election differently. If the opposition stays together, you can't have massive rigging. Obi has some fanatical supporters and I don't see him losing more than 5% of his old supporters. With coalition, he will win more states and or his votes will be protected.

I believe you should be up to 18 years right?

So in your warp reasoning, having an airport and recreational centre in your state is a waste?

The same Tinubu you hated was the first governor in Nigeria who proposed independent power generation in Nigeria. Imagine how far we would have gone in production if his proposal was approved by the FG.
We keep hearing of proposal and blueprint and him taking glory of what his successors did. Hypocrisy is when you give Tinubu the glory of Fashola and deny Obi the glory of anything Obiano built like the airport. As the governor of the richest state in Nigeria, the only thing you can credit a man that ruled for 8 years is blue print and proposal. Posterity will only remember him for thuggery and godfatherism. With the huge revenue the state got, he took more than he gave to the state.
I never said airport and fun city are wastes. These things depend on time. You can praise them without putting Obi under the bus as he has a better legacy. He gave his people education and health through genuine policies and physical infrastructure investment that will outlive the next 10 generations and more. He did all these without borrowing, left some huge cash for the state and takes nothing from the state after his term. Never installed his wife, kids or direct relatives in any position and you think reasonable Nigerians will watch stupid and low thinkers like you bring him down.
TravelRe: Anambra People, Visitors From Other States Spending Their Holidays At SFC Awka(v by Tbagwell80: 11:58am On Jan 04
Bestmanfornow:
Less than four years Soludo built 5 hospitals, 22 smart schools, reconstructed same teaching hospital Peter built with massive Trauma center, revived many water schemes, recruited more than 10,000 teachers and 1500 medical personnel, built two flyovers, built Awka Mall, Innovation District and Constructed over 1000 km of roads across Anambra, first governor in Anambra history to dualize five trunk A roads so far more coming up and many other projects just under first tenure
I never said Soludo has underperformed. I was reacting to his comment against Peter Obi. Every government builds something especially when you have completed 4-8 years. Do you know those who stand out? They're those who's projects are guided by ideologies and principles and remain faithful to that. As at today, Soludo has done some projects but they do not have focus. Unless he changes his style, he will just go down in history as just one of the governors to have ruled Anambra. Let me give you an instance and difference between Obi and Soludo and what really matters. Look at what Obi did by returning schools to missionaries. This decision wasn't welcomed by many at that time but he was clear on his mission. Look at the policy of reconstruction of all the schools and equipping them with buses, generator, computer and internet and monitoring them himself. Providing funds directly to the schools he handed over to the missionaries (again this wasn't welcomed by politicians). Those steps will forever outlive building a few schools for just political reasons either to brag or to places you come from or your political associates come from. While you get praises at the time of commissioning the project, the legacy won't live long. When Obi was building rural roads, it was guided by a principle to connect them to markets and it followed that to the last. He didn't build them because one politician will benefit from that or because he wants to show off. Similar thing was done by Mbakwe of Imo state. Imo airport was sited strategically to benefit Aba, Owerri and Umuahia. He didn't take it to his village. Absu was positioned to decongest Owerri and serve the people in that area. His pipe borne water was evenly distributed, health centers built in almost every community. That's a policy to bring health care to grassroot and not just to build one in Owerri for photos. The people will connect with your sincerity and principles and sometimes these things come when you're out of office. Obi handing over schools to missionaries was highly resisted in the state then but the people have realized that he was genuinely seeking for ways to better education and that is why his legacy can't be destroyed in Anambra any time soon.

Obi is always against any big project not situated in the S.E.

Roads, health care poverty and unemployment in Anambra was still in a worst phase after obi left as governor.

So Awolowo was that great but your people still voted shagari as president then.
From where did you get this information that he is against projects not situated in SE?
What a cheap lie that Anambra got worse without any statistics to back that up. The trajectory of the state has been positive since he became governor and the state gets better because of that foundation. Reason I said good system will always outlive big projects. The fun city might be mismanaged in the future but the impact of Obi's leadership in Education will outlive this generation. Those who graduated from these schools, jobs created from the schools and hospital will continue to impact positively on the people. Obi has been very consistent with his principle. He has called out leaders who engage in projects that do not have real impact on the impoverished citizens. He called out Soludo for building new government house with billions of naira when that is not what the state needs now. Politics is about interest and alignment. That Tinubu favours Lagos big boys doesn't make him good for Yorubas or the entire nation. You all voted incompetent Buhari against Jonathan because of your regional alliance at the time. Awolowo wasn't a friend of Igbos and Zik aligned with Shagari at the time. Politics is different from leadership. Who wins doesn't always mean the better person. Otti lost two times to the incompetent Ikpeazu. No one can deny what Awolowo did for SW or what Michael Okpara did for Eastern Nigeria.

From Obiano to Soludo... they both have one signature project people can Identify them with after their tenure. Ask my uncle to mention his own signature projects, he will start talking gibberish; when China meet China grin grin
That shows how empty you are. Criminals doing nothing for 8 years and using one big elephant project to deceive low thinkers like you. A good system will ever outlive a big project. Do you know why Awolowo will outlive even this drug Lord that is a president even if he completes the fraudulent highway? He brought Education to his people. Peter Obi will forever remain the best Anambra state governor for retooling education, security and health care in Anambra state. That's the biggest investment any government can make. And for big projects, Peter Obi built the teaching hospital in Anambra from scratch to finish. Peter Obi built Odumegwu Ojukwu university campus Igbariam from scratch to finish among other things. Can you compare the impact of these two projects to a fun city and an airport. Obi is not against big projects but for him, what's the use of a high rise building when you don't have steady power. If you know what Maslow's hierarchy of needs is and how to relate it to governance. You do not have toilet in your home but you want to install AC. You do not have a kitchen but you want to build a bar. Your parents do not have food but you want to buy them car. Grow up

I am very sure you are either Yoruba or APC. With due respect to my sane Yoruba friends, the exposure that comes with this internet is regrettable and funny at the same time. It has exposed how small minded most of you are. Kemi is aspiring to be a prime minister in UK while attacking Nigeria. No one has called the Yorubas out. Some foreigners win elections in western world simply because the area is dominated by foreigners and we haven't seen whites crying. Why can't you focus on keeping up instead of this self defeat. You bow down to mere men and call it respect and you think those who do not do same lack respect. In my work place, we call our CEO by his first name or at most we add Mr. Igbos form association anywhere they find themselves and they use it to organize cultural shows, help each other during trying times. This is not happening only in Lagos but all over the world. Even in University days, we had local government meetings every Wednesday afternoon to build a community under a tenured president. We have Eze Igbo in Texas and people don't even give a Bleep. Some Hausa/Fulani do this. In major markets like Ama Hausa in Owerri, they have their leader and no Igbo cares about the title they give themselves or who they vote for during elections. If we start arresting people by what name they bear, 1/10th of Nigerians might be in jail. Unless their is a petition by NSE on the use of Engr title or he signs official engineering documents off, then there is no crime under our laws that I know of. No one will arrest you if you start answering doctor but you will be arrested if you start treating patients as a fake doctor. Traditional leaders do not have binding powers in Nigeria but only to safe guard the culture of those that subscribe to such. Same with religious leaders. The self acclaimed Igbo king can't order Yorubas to stop eating in Lagos, they can't even order Igbos in Lagos to do things. Why is the police wasting energy on this if they're not political? Igbos have halls in Lagos and they rent it out for events and also use it for meetings. How does this affect an ordinary Igbo in Lagos, let alone Yorubas? I can invite friends to donate to my house building just as friends form committee for wedding donations. It is not mandatory. This will amount to a crime if they have an organization and mandate members to pay or donate and theirs a lead by the people in the organization that he plans to run with the money. Don't expect everyone to behave like your tribe as you are not the standard. Under Tinubu, Lagos gets 3.5 Trillion from our national treasury for development and you defend it that it's our cosmopolitan state and commercial hub of Nigeria. Then you turn around that the same Lagos developed by our collective cash must bow to a certain man who is not even from Lagos. How low could a people go?

Tax every poor citizen and make noise about revenue generation. Loot it back through inflated projects without due process. Use the loot and keep political friends closer and fight political foes.
