Am not having any issues with you too but what am just saying is there's no point keeping people hopes high is better to let them know how it works so that they can prepare for the worst, because have received and have seen a lot of people at the embassy that do lament that this is not what they saw in social media, so is better to let them that this is how and how it will be and if you re lucky enough so be it

Please I heard the embassy guys in portugal will be going in summer holiday soon. How true is that?

Vfs posted appointments will be available tomorrow being 15th of July. If Job Seeker appointments will be available is what I don't know

For those wondering about the appointment issue, I was at VFS today and I overheard the lady saying because of the crowd of people trying to apply for Job Seeker, they intentionally limited the amount of available slots so only the few fastest people can get them.

I checked today and noticed slots for Long term category are available fully. My best guess is that the Job Seeker category has more applicants hence more difficult to get. I did Long term so it wasn't that difficult for me

Hmm I don't know o. It's the normal vfs website appointment link I also used. I was even literally jumping bus as I was booking the appointment. Its all about luck I guess

Nevermind I called them for clarification. They said it just means if you're applying for job seeker and your appointment letter is showing long term then its invalid and you should raise a refund

I ASK FOR EVERYONE AWAITING APPOINTMENT. THOSE OF YOU THAT WERE SUCCESSFULLY ABLE TO BOOK APPOINTMENT PREVIOUSLY FOR JOBSEEKER CATEGORY, KINDLY ADVISE THE EXACT TIME AND HOUR OF THE DAY THOSE SLOT WERE MADE AVAILABLE. ALSO DO WE HAVE TO TRANSLATE ANY DOCUMENT AHEAD OF SUBMISSION.

Honestly the time varies. But when I got mine last month it opened up at exactly 4pm. Some say it opens early hours of the morning. My advise is to just keep checking at periodic intervals all through that day for the availability

Please I saw this message on the VFS website,

Customers who booked an appointment for Job Seker Visa Category can only hand in their Visa Application. If a customer booked an appointment under Long Term cannot hand in their Visa Application and they are requested to raise a refund for the payment of service fees (if paid online while booking an appointment).

What do they mean please?
