MadPolitician:
If you have lived in the north in the 90s and early 2000s, you would have known that these things that are happening today, were inevitable. For whatever reason, the north intentionally criminalised education. You will get to the road and see dozens of small children in their thousands, clutching dirty bowels begging for food. Sometimes, they eat from dustbins, or food thrown away from restaurants. I mean dozens of kids with flies all over. Very dirty, very unkept, barwly dressed. I could not wrap my fat skull around it.

I mean, how do you allow your own child to eat from the same place with streets dogs? How do you not know that without any education and training, they're bound to be criminals and most importantly, how do you allow any religion or preacher to convince you that subjecting your own son to such beastial treatment is the surest path to heavens? I remember when Babangida Aliyu said that almajiri is their tradition and that no one should get involved. That was when they were fighting Jonathan. We are dealing with the consequences of that evil tradition, because all these terrorist groups recruit from the alamajiri hordes..
Sadly, the menace of hungry, desperate children abandoned by parents who feel it's the responsibility of the government to care for them is still very rampant. State government across the Northern region are not doing anything to address it. I fear for the future!!

Tiri gbosa for Tinubu cheesy

He is doing well..
If you're conversant with the terrain in the North, you won't be surprised with this news. We've witnessed diversion of educational materials such as school bags (Crested with UNICEF logo) being sold in the open market in the entire Northern state, destruction of life-saving vaccine all in the name of "it will cripple our people" to others. Mind you, this continue to happen despite sensitization but blaming it on Tinubu means you're ignorant and only seeking attention. Educate yourself before coming to this space just for likes please

Useless governor. Who has he done with the billions he collected from Tinubu led FG? Someone that should be stoned. The Chief of Staff to Kano State Governor was caught hoarding the Palliatives Rice meant for the vulnerable citizens in the State and here these lots are here blaming the FG

Weren't you neglected by the government? Why didn't you venture into internet scam? Your likes are the one supporting those internet fraudster with this kinda statement. Instead of you to condemn evil act, you're drumming support by saying government neglected them. Nigerian government has been neglecting her citizens since inception.

The consequence of having millions of Almajiri boys on the streets thinking its the responsibility of individual and government to care for them rather than the parents that gave birth to them. It was foretold that if the birth rate is not controlled in the North, particularly those that cannot cater for their child/ward, it will one day consume the entire North

Story..

NNPC is the sole importer of petrol.

Which companies sell petrol to NNPC?

Kyari should release the proforma invoice used by NNPC to import petroleum products for the last one year.
The president needs to relieve the CEO of Nnpc and Farouk Ahmed of their jobs. They seems to be too incompetent

The cabals in the petroleum sector are hell bent in destroying competition that will prevent them from eating in the Nigeria oil pot of soup which would eventually choked them to death.

A large amount of our crude had already been contracted/sold long ago, long before Dangote refinery was completed. We can't afford to default the contractual aggrements with our foreign clients. Supply of crude would have to be resolved on a negotiation table with lots of concessions involved.

So, FG should be stepping up to rebuild every burnt Market or she not aware the kind of precedence that could set. Senator Ireti is a representative from Abuja, let her use her constituency allowance to rebuild the market.

The community is under a local government who recieve allocation from the FG, the local government also is under the FCT who has a minister and also receives allocation from the government, the community also have a representatives in the national assembly who also collect Constituency funds.

Why exactly does she want the FG to build the market when they have all these people collecting huge allocations on their behalf.?

Can you just imagine?? Must they kill the FG? Why can't the senator volunteered to rebuild the market. FG this, FG that! Nah wah oo

Stories.

It is only applicable when the federal government stops controlling the resources of the states. No governor will implement it and nothing will happen. Most African countries have very weak institutions.
You should have studied the details of the judgement before commenting. The funds will be channelled through the local government authority council which the local government chairman is the Head. State government will dare not intervene!

Seems Nasarawa is an extension of Kano. Or better put, a retired home for any deposed Hausa monarch. Recall Sanusi's first point of relocation was to Awe in Nasarawa that year.

Or is it just a coincidence?

There's a local government area in Kano called Nasarawa LG

Bruisecruise:
So what happens in 2027 when APC returns to power through Ganduje’s candidate as governor? Dethrone Sanusi again? And the cycle continues?

To be honest, Sanusi could have thanked Abba for the gesture but declined to be returned and ask the governor to appoint another neutral Emir in his stead after the unification of the emirate back to the way it once was.

That way, it would be outrightly difficult and ridiculous for any future governor to tamper with the arrangement. Also, it would cement Sanusi as one of the greatest leaders ever.

With the current development, it has paved way for political ping-pongs to be played with the throne of the emirate.

Do you guys think Ganduje would take this fight as a defeat in his lifetime? Sanusi knows that he’s on a borrowed time no matter how we emotionally spin these events.
You are a wise man. The same thing I told a Kano indigenous people few days ago. What happens when Gawuna wins future election?

The lie and propaganda government is simply subsidising the dollar just as they are doing with the fraudulent fuel subsidy case. This is because the price of goods and services are not on a commensurate downward trend as the dollar is allegedly doing. This is why Reno Omokri propaganda of recent is only focused on this issue.
You truly believe government is still subsiding fuel?? Kindly educate me on where the increased FAAC generated from. For your information, the three tiers of government since the withdrawal of subsidy has been sharing an unprecedented amount courtesy of the funds saved as a result of the withdrawal.

What a shame!! She doesn't even have the mental acumen to constructively engage in discussions towards strengthening our Naira but rather she decided to wail and encourage keeping dollars in the bank, an act that is destructive to our economy. We truly dodged a bullet.
