What can you say about the promiscuous impression the society has about actresses and female entertainers?
I will say that the impression is wrong and it’s a big lie. But it’s a free world and if you want to, you will. It’s a thing of choice. But that doesn’t mean that the whole women in the industry sleep around, and that’s why they are not getting married. There are so many people out there who live their lives the way they want.
How many do you hear about?
But because we are the faces out there, everybody believes that we don’t have a private life anymore and everything that happens in our lives, they have to know about it. As if they knew when you were born. It’s just one of the things we face for being actresses.

It’s like your profession attracts the wrong kind of men?
Even if it brings the wrong men to you, it is still a thing of choice. You decide what you want and it is what you want that will happen.

So, what’s the hardest decision that you’ve made as an actress?
I’ve not really thought about it. Maybe trying to fix two jobs the same day. I was just gisting with one of my colleagues there about fixing three jobs the same day and they were calling me. I didn’t even know what to do in order not to offend anybody. An actress told me that actresses don’t make so much money and that contradicts what they depict on the social media.

What can you say about that?
I would say maybe because of piracy, that is why she said that. We don’t have a fixed price. When you are contacted for a job, you negotiate, if you agree, you do it. You don’t have people competing in the industry.

I had to do what I had to do; all work and no play makes Chika a dull girl so I made it compulsory to take a vacation yearly to relax and make myself happy. Even if it might annoy some people but I don’t really care; I just want to be happy.

Wow! People said all that? I didn’t hear-o. Well, I guess they forget that I’m an Ambassador to different brands. I earn my money. I have a store called Fancy Nancy. Within a month or two of HIV entering the body, 40% to 90% of people experience flulike symptoms known as acute retroviral syndrome (ARS).
But sometimes HIV symptoms don’t appear for years—sometimes even a decade—after infection.
“In the early stages of HIV infection, the most common symptoms are none,” says Michael Horberg, MD, director of HIV/AIDS for Kaiser Permanente, in Oakland,se'x Calif. One in five people in the United States with HIV doesn’t know they have it, which is why it’s so important to get tested, especially if you have unprotected se'x with more than one partner or use intravenous drugs

Here are some signs that you may be HIV-positive.
Fever
One of the first signs of ARS can be a mild fever, up to about 102 degrees F.
The fever, if it occurs at all, is often accompanied by other usually mild symptoms, such as fatigue, swollen lymph glands, and a sore throat.
“At this point the virus is moving into the blood stream and starting to replicate in large numbers,” says Carlos Malvestutto, MD, instructor of infectious diseases and immunology in the department of medicine at NYU School of Medicine in New York City. “As that happens, there is an inflammatory reaction by the immune system.”
Fatigue
The inflammatory response generated by your besieged immune system also can cause you to feel tired and lethargic. Fatigue can be both an early and later sign of HIV.
Ron, 54, a public relations executive in the Midwest, started to worry about his health when he suddenly got winded just walking. “Everything I did, I got out of breath,” he says. “Before that I had been walking three miles a day.”
Ron had tested HIV positive 25 years before feeling so tired; fatigue during acute, or newly contracted, HIV might not be so obvious.
Achy muscles, joint pain, swollen lymph nodes
ARS is often mistaken for the flu, mononucleosis, or another viral infection, even syphilis or hepatitis.
That’s not surprising: Many of the symptoms are the same, including pain in the joints and muscles and swollen lymph glands.
Lymph nodes are part of your body’s immune system and tend to get inflamed when there’s an infection. Many of them are located in your armpit, groin, and neck.
Sore throat and headache
As with other symptoms, sore throat and headache can often be recognized as ARS only in context, Dr. Horberg says.
If you’ve engaged recently in high-risk behavior, an HIV test is a good idea. Get tested for your own sake and for others: HIV is most infectious in the earliest stage.
Keep in mind that the body hasn’t produced antibodies to HIV yet so an antibody test may not pick it up. (It can take a few weeks to a few months for HIV antibodies to show in a blood test). Investigate other test options such as one that detects viral RNA, typically within nine days of infection.
Skin rash
Skin rashes can occur early or late in the course of HIV/AIDS.
For Ron, this was another sign that he might not have run-of-the-mill allergies or a cold.
“They were like boils, with some itchy pink areas on my arms,” Ron says. The rashes can also appear on the trunk of the body. “If [the rashes] aren’t easily explained or easily treated, you should think about having an HIV test,” Dr. Horberg says.
Nausea, vomiting, diarrhea
Anywhere from 30% to 60% of people have short-term nausea, vomiting, or diarrhea in the early stages of HIV, Dr. Malvestutto says.
These symptoms can also appear as a result of antiretroviral therapy and later in the infection, usually as the result of an opportunistic infection.






“Diarrhea that is unremitting and not responding at all to usual therapy might be an indication,” Dr. Horberg says. Or symptoms may be caused by an organism not usually seen in people with healthy immune systems, he adds.
Weight loss
Once called “AIDS wasting,” weight loss is a sign of more advanced illness and could be due in part to severe diarrhea.
“If you’re already losing weight, that means the immune system is usually fairly depleted,” Dr. Malvestutto says. “This is the patient who has lost a lot of weight even if they continue to eat as much as possible. This is late presentation. We still see a lot of these.” It has become less common, however, thanks to antiretroviral therapy.
A person is considered to have wasting syndrome if they lose 10% or more of their body weight and have had diarrhea or weakness and fever for more than 30 days, according to the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services.
Dry cough
A dry cough was the first sign Ron had that something was wrong. He at first dismissed it as bad allergies.
But it went on for a year and a half—and kept getting worse. Benadryl, antibiotics, and inhalers didn’t fix the problem. Neither did allergists.
This symptom—an “insidious cough that could be going on for weeks that doesn’t seem to resolve,” Dr. Malvestutto says—is typical in very ill HIV patients.
Pneumonia
The cough and the weight loss may also presage a serious infection caused by a germ that wouldn’t bother you if your immune system was working properly.
“There are many different opportunistic infections and each one can present differently,” Dr. Malvestutto says. In Ron’s case, it was Pneumocystis pneumonia (PCP), aka “AIDS pneumonia,” which eventually landed him in the hospital.
Other opportunistic infections include toxoplasmosis, a parasitic infection that affects the brain; a type of herpes virus called cytomegalovirus; and yeast infections such as thrush.
Night sweats
About half of people get night sweats during the early stages of HIV infection, Dr. Malvestutto says.
These can be even more common later in infection and aren’t related to exercise or the temperature of the room.
Similar to the hot flashes that menopausal women suffer, they’re also hard to dismiss, given that they soak your bedclothes and sheets.

I mean is there any such thing as a separate time you need to have for a woman? Lolz… Guys please enlighten me on what it means to have time for women. U ask a guy “What of your girlfriend?”. He goes like “Which girlfriend, I don’t have their time oo”. When I hear this I just laugh!
3) Girls are a Distraction: For real? You that has been jobless for 5 years after graduation, how is it a girl’s fault? It is you that is a distraction to yourself not girls. How come all these footballers, musicians, entertainers, bankers, doctors, oil guys that I see change chicks like wrapper don’t get distracted, na u come dey get distracted. My guy forget excuse and do the needful.
4) Women bring Badluck: Lols… I don’t even know what to say about this one. You hear guys say that if you want to make it in life, forget women. Funny thing is, they can’t! The more they try, the more they fail. Men and women have been created to ‘complete’ each other so my guy, unless you’re g*y…..
5) She’s too Pompous/disrespectful: No my guy, you’re too timid, that’s the truth. You have the right to woo any woman you like, she has the right to agree or disagree. Don’t give away your right, exercise it!
Btw, research has shown that ladies who seem too pompous are usually much easier to convince than guys tend to think.
6) I can’t Satisfy her $exually: Most guys won’t voice out this excuse at all, only to very close friends if he’s the very open type. This however is not a valid excuse. How do you know you can’t satisfy her? How do you even know she’s after $ex? Must you Bleep every girl you date? Enough said jareh…
7) I Prefer Foreign Women to Nigerian: All na wash! So of all the millions of women in Naija, you can’t find a suitable one for yourself, na for foreign land you go see am? My guy, your problem no be Naija women, your problem is internal. Search yourself and tell urself the truth!

9) I Prefer to Roll With my Fellow Guys: You be g*y? Yes its good to have a good rapport with fellow guys, to have fun and drink with guys with no chick around once in a while. Dangote, who is President of Dangote Group, posted a $79.2m (N15.6bn) gain from Thursday to Friday, according to Bloomberg’s Billionaires Index. He was one of six billionaires who saw their fortunes increase in 24 hours to Friday.


Dangote is Africa’s richest man, with a net worth of $15.4bn, according to the Index.











The other three Africans on the Index are South Africans: Nicky Oppenheimer formerly of the De Beers diamond company (net worth $6.7bn) suffered a $27.9m loss between Thursday and Friday; luxury goods magnate Johann Rupert (net worth $7bn) saw his money shrink by $87m, and retailing baron Christo Wiese (net worth $7bn), lost $220m over the same period.

The weekly drop for the Bloomberg Billionaires Index, a group that includes Warren Buffett, Bill Gates and Mark Zuckerberg, was the biggest since tracking of the expanded list began in September 2014.

The Bloomberg Billionaires Index takes measure of the world’s wealthiest people based on market and economic changes and Bloomberg News reporting. Each net-worth figure is updated every business day at 5:30 p.m. in New York and listed in US dollars.
